I love this shop. There's a variety of things to choose from and they are all reasonably priced. The owners are also very friendly. I'm always on the lookout for chances to shop at this store. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Because I was nearby I drove down into Saratoga to check out the echo shop. I hadn't been there in a long time, and I had always done well there in the past. I'm not sure what happened, but they have gone insane with the prices. There wasn't a single thing in that store that I would have bought, not even at half the price they were asking for anything! $45 for a not Current cabi sweater in fair condition? That's just nuts. I realize this is supporting a church charity, but the selection is very small and the prices are very high. I won't be going back.

Now this is my idea of a thrift shop excuse me, resale boutique. It is a small shop which radiates an air of exclusivity. The shop is charmingly decorated. The racks are neatly organized, each item sorted according to size. The shelves are filled with china and crystal often vintage. There is a nice little jewelry section. An amazing percentage of the selection is new with tags. The range of brands represented is relatively high end with labels such as Ralph Lauren, Talbots, Brooks Brothers and other similar labels. All the items in the shop are curated. By this I mean, someone has inspected the item to check for damage or any other reason why cannot be sold. These items do not make it to the floor. If you find a blemished item bring this to the attention of the staff and they will remove it. The Echo Shop does not sell damaged goods. Since the Echo Shop is small, some items are excluded. For example furniture it's not accepted as a donation. A waiver may be granted for small select pieces which are often antiques. But normally you will not find large appliances or other pieces that simply cannot fit in the shop. What you will find is women's clothing, men's clothing, children's clothing, shoes, china, kitchen items, and books. The women's clothing is clearly the best selection. There is one small dressing room and you may use the restroom as a second dressing room. A typical price range might be anything from five dollars to $20 for a top or a bottom. A five dollar item would be a routine kind of top in average condition. A $20 top might be new or a high end designer label or both. Except for certain special occasions such as the spring or autumn open house, The Echo Shop has a sale every week. Examples of sales include 50% off tops or bottoms or whatever. There are flash sales so sign up for the mailing list. Parking is kind of tough. It is difficult to find on street parking in front of the shop. However there is a parking lot behind the shop which has many more spaces nevertheless at certain crowded times you may have to search for parking. Like all thrift shops there is no return policy. If you don't like it you can re-donate it. Shop hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 through 4. Unlike certain other shops, the Echo Shop has been able to maintain these hours throughout Covid.

Went inside with my toddler, and the employee wasn’t kind or welcoming, and didn’t even say hello when I said “hi”. She also said something passive aggressive because there were two other women with their babies in strollers inside the shop. The vibe was not welcoming to strollers or children. Taking my business elsewhere.

This place is amazing - I don't know why there aren't more reviews!!! My three friends and I visited yesterday, and we each walked out with 2-3 things. I personally picked up a genuine leather jacket and a black coat that I've been looking to thrift for years. The shop is clean, curated, and affordable. Staff was friendly and didn't hover. There was even a half off special on all tops including sweaters and jackets. Kids don't even have to pay which was extremely touching to see. It's been a while since we've been to a resale shop that was this good. Keep up the good work, volunteers! We'll be back.

I don't normally write reviews and especially negative ones, but I was looking forward to donating my items to the Echo Shop so I went there last week. I have to say I might have gotten the same volunteer that someone mentioned earlier in their review. This women was not helpful at all and very condescending! She actually made a "huff" type noise when she saw all the boxes of items I was donating. Not easy to drop things off right now either due to the parklets/blockage in the front of the store. You have to park in the back, they don't have a cart and you have to walk down some stairs to get to the back door. I think I will donate my items elsewhere from now on.

I've been coming to the Echo since I was a child in the 60's. Always wonderful friendly service and sweet items...NOT TODAY...I had some beautiful jewelry & collectibles to donate this morning (had an appt because of covid) and was greeted(?) by the most horrible condescending woman ever. She worked on May 6th in the morning by herself...Probably the reason she was so rude...but still...I normally never post bad reviews unless warranted. This was important!

I've been shopping at The Echo since the 1960's. Always a friendly helpful staff and wonderful goodies to sell...UNTIL this morning. I had beautiful jewelry & collectibles to donate and was greeted by the rudest condescending woman on the planet! She worked the morning of May 6th (by herself)...Might have been the reason for her awful attitude but...still. The Echo needs to get rid of her, period.

I went to donate some items to The Echo Shop. I was met at the back door by a lady that snapped at me as soon as she opened the door, saying that she could not take my donation, and then she asked what it was? I said fine but had a box of things in my car. The box was rather heavy but being 81 years old managed to carry it across the parking lot and down their stairs. She met me at the last step offering to take the box. As she took the box from me remarked that it was heavy and dropped it down to the ground. The box contained fragile items wrapped not not for rough handeling. This lady was rude and will never donate to this organization again,

Excellent selection and prices, usually crowded, friendly service, parking can be tight.
