I've been coming to the Echo since I was a child in the 60's. Always wonderful friendly service and sweet items...NOT TODAY...I had some beautiful jewelry & collectibles to donate this morning (had an appt because of covid) and was greeted(?) by the most horrible condescending woman ever. She worked on May 6th in the morning by herself...Probably the reason she was so rude...but still...I normally never post bad reviews unless warranted. This was important!

I've been shopping at The Echo since the 1960's. Always a friendly helpful staff and wonderful goodies to sell...UNTIL this morning. I had beautiful jewelry & collectibles to donate and was greeted by the rudest condescending woman on the planet! She worked the morning of May 6th (by herself)...Might have been the reason for her awful attitude but...still. The Echo needs to get rid of her, period.

The Echo Shop is a gem among thrift shops and lives up to its accolade -resale boutique. It's a small shop and women's clothing, fine china, home decor, with smaller selections of children's, men's clothing, purses and shoes, books, kitchenware and the inevitable small knickknacks. Most thrift shops are a pure waste of time. Questionable cleanliness, quality, and dubious design. At the Echo Shop, it's the opposite. First and foremost, the whole place is clean - no smell. Second, when they say designer labels, they mean it: Ralph Lauren, Donna Karan, Eileen Fisher, Michael Kors, Salvatore Ferragamo (spotted 3 times in the last six months alone - didn't fit me, curses), Coach, Dooney & Bourke. High-quality staples include Coldwater Creek, Chico's, Brooks Brothers (for the guys - not leaving you out : ), Faconnable, DKNY, Alfani. Third, the store looks charming and inviting. It took me over a year to figure out there is a special team of volunteers, selected for their good taste and design sense who come in several times a week to decorate the shop.

This is a cute thrift shop located in Saratoga. Their selection is not that much but it's well curated and neat. They have some clothes, shoes and accessories. Prices seemed reasonable as I saw a nice coach wallet for $18. I actually picked up a very nice sunglasses case here and was pleased!

Cute, tiny, quiet (when we visited), extremely well-curated... it's clear that a lot of care goes into the pleasing arrangement of items. There was a very sweet older couple volunteering behind the counter when we visited, and although nothing really grabbed us on this visit, I'm sure we will be back. Very worth a look!

Some of my favorite work shirts when I need to dress professional (Counselor) are from this store! The people working there are incredibly nice, the clothes are very reasonably priced and there are sometimes even additional discounts. Highly recommend!
