In rush hour, if you are 15 minutes late, they will cancel the appointment and change half of the service fee. Can’t believe it. And never make the appointment in rush hour.

The stylist was not as good as last time. There were customers right before and after me. The service should take one hour but it was only 35mins. Apparently he was overbooked. The cutting was quite sloppy, so was the hair washing. Disappointed.
