Came here because I saw on DoorDash that they had a great deal on a 24-pack of Shasta for a little over $8. A 24 pack at any other grocery store we went to is about $11. When we came in, we immediately noticed that this store was much larger than the El Cajon location and check out was much smoother and quicker. They luckily did have the soda in stock. They even had mark down items. We ended up getting more than just the soda because the prices were great. We will be returning.

I used to be a loyal Vons shopper, but with the outrageous grocery prices, I have started shopping to find the best quality prices- Every employee that I have come across at this store has been pleasant and helpful. The produce department is always being cleaned and the fruit and vegetables look great. I recently visited another grocery store in the area and it was disgusting. So when I went to pay for my groceries and saw how sparking clean all the checkstands were I was pleasantly surprised - Looks like they have a great group of employees that care - give these people a raise! Good job manager - We appreciate you!

I visited this location for the first time. I was kicked out of the 10 item or less line for having 1 more item . The young man laughed about it and refused to take my order. I spent over 200.00 at this store and it was a bad experience. I will not be back! And to that young man that thought it was funny, if you do not learn customer service you will not go far as a cashier!

I'm going to give it five stars.One of the nice things about Smart & final is that it's conveniently located at the corner of mast and magnolia in a location formerly occupied by an Albertsons and a Lucky.This is a pretty good shopping center overall even if you consider the Sprouse-Reitz five and dime is gone and the utter betrayal of Dr Cosgrove's office closing (I hope he's enjoying retirement or whatever). The yogurt shop is good, take it or leave it on Subway, Round table is doing us solid, still hanging in there all these years holding it down with Del Taco!

The smart and final at 9870 Magnolia Ave. In Santee California is horrible I have never felt more unwanted at at a store.
