Great customer service! I came in looking for a bottle of whiskey to gift but ended up leaving with something for my self. I approached Gilbert with some questions and he happily answered them he even made some great recommendations.

Lots of choices but no consistency. My favorite drink was the Drekkers Brains. Was told several times it would be there and it never showed. There is a certain employee that goes out of their way not to help me. I’m sure management would know who if they really thought about it.

$13 cigarettes. I'm all for local small business but when the worker doesn't volunteer the price and I have to ask for it, and then it ends up being Vegas prices, it makes that place seem shady. I'll stick to the 711 a block away with $10 cigarettes.

We visited twice during our trip to SD a few weeks ago. Really neat place and not at all like a typical liquor store. I was genuinely impressed with the selection and cleanliness of the store but, like most other reviewers, I am leaving a review based on the phenomenal staff. The guy we saw at the front both visits was extremeley knowledgeable and eager to help. He provided outstanding recommendations for beer and tequila; we really enjoyed his picks.If you live in this area, I highly suggest going here above anywhere else. You're lucky to have such a lovely shop in the neighborhood!

Hands Down - The BEST Liquor store in Santee. These guys are constantly sourcing unique local breweries and their selection is the BEST! The staff is most accommodating when asking them to bring you in special order items.Give them a try - I promise they won't disappoint.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a liquor store, but here we are lol. This is hands down my favorite liquor store! It's a whole experience to shop here. When I first came in, I was looking for some sours & hazy IPA's from a specific brewery. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly guy who was excited to show me around and talk about all the new beers they just got. He was very educated and helped me pick some great choices. I love that you cam mix/match and create your own 6 pack. It's like you get your own brewery experience at home. I brought my boyfriend here recently and he was like "Wow, why haven't you told me about this place sooner!" They have an incredible selection of breweries from all around the world, including our local spots. They also offer a 10% military discount.

This is probably one of the best liquor stores in San Diego. The staff is knowledgeable about beer, wine, and whiskeys. They have gotten things in for me that I could not find anywhere else.
