My review is for Michelle R at the Kohls in Santee. She was a wonderful help to me and so very kind that she made the experience. I don't think I've had an experience at any Kohls's store with any associate like I did with her. She went out of her way, through her kindness, to make me feel special. She'd be a reason I'd go back.

wow what incompetent, rude, passive aggressive management. i will gladly and thankfully not be returning here. There was an instance where I feared for my safety from another customer, notified the manager, and received NO help. I asked if this particular verbally aggressive and touchy customer could be removed out the store and the manager replied, "Um I don't really know if I have the authority to do that" and was then mocked by another staff member. I left in a panic attack and felt incredibly disregarded. This is an establishment I will gladly never associate myself with again and I recommend any reader does the same, for your own sanity and safety.

I would have given NO stars when the evening manager refused to honor a mislabeled price.
But I went back the next day and the store manager made it right!
Great customer service.

The salespeople are always very polite and helpful. Check out was a little long, but they were efficient.

It was time to get short pants and underwear. And of course, Kohl's had very nice selection of underwear that was on sale. The deal was buy one package, get the next package of underwear half off. One of the packages, a 5-pack was only a little more than $3 in change. For the shorts, a very good selection that was somewhere between 10:00 and $20 each. Out the door, I probably got nine sets of underwear, and seven shorts, for under $200. I also got $30 Kohl's cash for the next purchase.

Not as many good buys as they used to have. They still have "clearance" pajamas from Christmas and the price hasn't been lowered for months. Disappointing.

You send out continually coupons to get shoppers there. But then, they only work for Kohl's merchandise. That is ridiculous!

Did a self pickup order at the Santee store. Though they had many, many signs, there's none directing you to where the self pickup area is in the back of the store. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to walk the entire store.
