I love this store! Every time I go there are different items on the shelf. I have found name brand items for very little money. I really appreciate the employees’ customer service. They treat everyone kindly. The racks seem to be better organized. Great store, items and business model. I visit both the La Mesa and Santee stores.

Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The store is clean and organized, a young girl named marilee helped me find what i was in need for, I highly recommend gtm because of the reasonable prices.

I love shopping at g t m the worst part is checking out. And I always hate the way that someone will pull you out of line to take you over to the kiosk to check out, . But it's always the last person, not the first person that's been waiting a long time. I have walked out before because of this. I think you guys need to add an express lane maybe even a self checkout.

The store was very dirty and cluttered! It was borderline health hazard! Furniture is all damaged and dirty and the prices were absolutely insulting! Everything was more expensive and worse quality. Do not recommend this dump sorry but it's a train wreck!
