I have been coming here for about two years and have had almost no issues. However there is one shorter male employee with earrings ( I think I heard his name is Skyler) who has been incredibly rude and his behavior is somewhat inappropriate. My first encounter was when he saw me taking a photo of only myself in the restroom. He got in my face and very rudely told me that wasn’t allowed when no other employee has ever said anything. I’m not the only one doing this…look at the Instagram location and you’ll see nothing but photos from the restroom. During this encounter he paused to compliment me which made me very uncomfortable, especially as we were in the restroom. This employee’s clothing is also quite inappropriate and I have seen him bending over unnecessarily several times. Today I was standing in the restroom when he came in to clean. He immediately gave me a rude look then proceeded to slam several rolls of toilet paper on the counter directly in front of me. He continued to slam doors while he was cleaning and was less than a foot away from me several times within the 5 minutes he was cleaning. I have nothing but great things to say about the rest of the staff but this employee is consistently rude and confrontational. I don’t feel comfortable in the gym restroom when this employee is present given his previous behavior.

Knowledgable, patient, caring, smiling, friendly and more! Plenty of weights, a weight machine (10 stations) to focus on specific muscle groups. It is a best weight machine yet for both men and women.

I love this gym. Team training is my favorite.I’m always challenged by the coaches to give it all I’ve got.It’s clean and friendly and there is plenty of equipment. Very affordable too.

I've been a member here since September last year. Aside from the amenities that this gym has to offer, the customer service is excellent! All of the staff here go out of their way to make guests feel seen and valued. Katie always amazes me by addressing me by name, even when I come to the counter at the end of my workout to buy a protein bar. Sawyer always takes a few minutes to catch up and ask me how I'm doing. Bri has a friendly smile and always recommends helpful ideas when I ask. Matthew has a genuine smile and connection with everyone who comes through the door which is nice. San Diego has thousands of great gyms to go to. Rock climbing, hot yoga, boot camp, etc. But what keeps me coming back to this ChuzeFitness is the way I feel like a part of the family when I show up and when I leave. In addition the gym is always spotless and clean. There's rarely a wait for any of the amenities even when it's busy so I know that the staff works well to keep things turning over.
