I took a shot based on online reviews and the fact they were able to get me in right away. Others I called were several days out and I couldn't go without my work truck for long. I dropped off on a Monday morning, and the tech had me run to pick up parts, which was odd and should have been a red flag. They got it done the same day and I was told to to pick up before they closed. I was there at 4:10 (online website said they closed at 4:30) but they were gone and my truck was locked up in the yard. The hours on the door say they close at 4:00. So Tuesday I go to pick it up and the shop was locked up all day. Hopefully I can get my truck this morning and all is good. I will talk to them to see what happened, but I doubt I will go back in the future.

My insurance had my broken down car to Ban's. Biggest mistake ever! 1st it was $250 & 2 hrs. Then $1900 the next day, something worse wrong. The next day we're up to $2900! The repairs were too much. So I decided to take my money & put it towards a new car. They had taken out the engine. Ok. However when the tow truck brought him home his flatbed was flooded w/oil. They hadn't put the engine back! It was in the trunk of my car! Now even a junk car dealer will not buy it! The tow guy even told me he's towed many a car out of there because of their bad work. And they charged me $150 for storage. I paid it just to get my car out of there. I Do Not Recommend This Place. Word of warning.

Awful!! I almost died!! I drove off lot, hood flew up, shattered windshield , damaged hood, he blamed ME, didn't want to fix and ONLY fixed Windshield. Hood still dented! And not planning to fix.

My parents have used them for years. They say foreign cars, but when I called for our 04 Subaru impreza they said they don't have the tools to do the clutch. I thought that was weird. They have always been up front and honest and helpful in the past. Will recommend and use if needed for a diffrent car.

Super nice and inexpensive! My car started rumbling when idle and had gone to another mechanic and charged me a lot to fix but the problem didnt go away. Came here immediately got helped and was a quick and way cheaper than what I got charged last time and the problem went away!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
