After an operator error by me involving my 2019 Ram 1500 and a fire hydrant, insurance company sent me to Zappelli's Body Shop here in Santa Rosa. I found this family business to be very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. My repair took longer than anticipated due to supply issues for parts but job was completed to my satisfaction. 5 Star operation Dan Santa Rosa

Had a real small fender bender leaving Tips a few weeks ago, and needed to get a new rear bumper. Zappellis is the nearest auto body shop to my home, so they were an immediate first choice. Despite being chosen for convenience, they quickly became my go-to recommendation for friends and neighbors, as the staff are super helpful and friendly. They coordinated my rental car while they worked on the fender, provided immediate updates when the local dealership couldn’t be bothered to actually deliver a part when they said they would, and returned my vehicle in pristine condition (I turned it in with a mess of clutter inside, they vacuumed and cleaned the interior!!?!).Gotta say, I’d prefer to not need repair work, but if I need it in the future, at least I know where to go to get it done right the first time.

Awful place. Brought my car in hoping they could diagnose a bend in the subframe, instead they questioned HOW I know that the alignment is off, then they just told me to go somewhere else. Their website claims, "No project is too big for us!", but apparently an easy subframe job is far beyond their skills. Save yourself the time and go somewhere more professional, no one there was helpful whatsoever!

I don't know where to start but it is looks like third world country service. I dropped my car for body repair service ( by AAA list of recommended companies). When after months of repair time, I came to pick up. Zappeli's shop replaced a tire, and a battery. I just Inspect the car outside and put my son driving to home. At home I after 1 day parked, tried to check vehicle inside, it wouldn't start with "new battery. When I finally started a lot of new defects shows at the panel: tire pressure monitor not working, air bag light onon,.windshields wipers from wrong car, replaced battery not taking charge, lots of plastic clips unde hood missing. Tried to contact them by phone, no calling back, even after front desk promised me. It's long story, but at the end they claimed that I may have another car accident, this is why cars air bag light on . Ne er feel myself so defrauded, 3 plus months later car still not drivable without bumper,

Worst experience ever at this body shop. Repairs where not fix property they lied the entire time they had the truck for repair. They said they fix things that where never fix. Had to take the truck to a different auto body because the sensors didn’t work properly in the truck. Please save your self some headaches and find a better bodyshop don’t let your insurance choose for you!

WORST AUTO BODY SHOP, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL: I am looking at purchasing a vehicle and doing my due diligence on it. The vehicle was repaired here. First the manager told me they would not speak with me because I am not the owner. I had the owner send me the estimate and called them back to discuss it. I told them I had gotten the estimate and was verbally accosted for trying to ask questions regarding the work. I would avoid this shop at all costs!Service: Body & Trim

I'm soooo disappointed in Zapelli's auto body. They had my car, for nearly 3 months for a fender bender and did not finish the work they said they were going to complete. Some of the delay was due to insurance approvals, but my dissatisfaction lies with their horrible communication and apparently very little integrity as they took no ownership in "making things right" when they saw how upset I was.. The work they did do looks good, so I'm sure the guys in the back know what they are doing, but I'm just so very disappointed in the ladies up front. They didn't even seem to care that I was so upset. A little advice, if you do ever take your car there, record every conversation, because they will put words in your mouth and treat them as facts. And every time they said they would call me back, they never did, ever. I always had to keep calling them. Even when they said they would "write themselves a reminder" or "I promise I will call you back after the meeting", they never called me back. They didn't even call to let me know what the insurance was approving or disapproving so that I knew what was happening with my car. Again, record your conversations. Because they hear something totally different than what's really being said.... And then when I told them how upset I was and that I was going to post a bad review, they said that that was slandering.. And because I was upset and frustrated, they said it was now harassment. They kept using all these trigger words and took no ownership again of how upset I was because I was expecting my car to be repaired and it wasn't... Honestly I was shaking at that point, I was so upset, after waiting FOREVER to get my car back.. I'm just so very disappointed in their work ethics, their integrity, and their communication. They said one thing and did another. Record your conversations!!! I was so very excited to finally get my car back today.... Now, I just wish I had taken it somewhere else. What ever happened to work ethics these days?? I just had to vent, but now I will give it to God and move on..

The Zapellis’s shop is by far one of the best autobody shops in sonoma county. It’s family owned business thats been around for years! so you know the quality of work matters to them, not like these big dealerships. Samantha, the owner is so nice. I had a fender bender and needed it to be replaced and painted and they did a phenomenal job and such fair pricing.Put it this way.. i dont go anywhere else!!Services: Body & Trim

I came here because of all the wonderful reviews BUT as you can see by my star rating my experience wasn’t the same…My car was in the lot for THREE days untouchheeedd! Absolutely ridiculous!!! They give zero explanation as to why. My boyfriend randomly stops by and sees the car just parked untouched THEN the RUDE old lady wants to give him a update..? What kind of business if this… if issues with the insurance company was occurring why not call ME since it’s MY car!! Ridiculous!! I payed for a rental for THREE days!!! For nothinnnnnggg! She rush’s you off the phone like you are bothering them or they are doing some kind of charity work for you…. ZEROO communication skills and unorganized.With that being said I would think twice on bringing your car here.. AND that old lady’s professional option was completely wrong because what she said my car needed it didn’t because I went to a shop near by who has RESPECT for people!

This is a very awful place for the customer to be. Mrs Zappelli is the rudest person I have ever met. He treat her employees same way she treat customersThanks God a found a better place and a better estimate.
