I’m terrible with names but the woman who works up front is the nicest and coolest person in the whole place. There is one younger mechanic guy who is cool but I don’t know if he’s even there anymore. Either way I like the place and I’ll keep going there.

Had a great experience when I reached out for some help with a Honda Mower with back wheels that were locking up. Was told it would be about a month to get service (which is reasonable as it is that time of year). Brett also mentioned to me that I might simply loosen a nut on the cable running up the side of the handle. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail. Well, it worked like a charm and the mower is back to working like normal. He did not have to take the time but he did and it is insanely appreciated. Know where I am taking my lawn equipment in the off season for a tune up!!! Thanks lots!

I had them sharpen some chains for me and they came back worse than when I brought them in. I would have preferred that they just be clear that they aren’t trained to offer this service

I had a great experience here both times I shopped here. They helped me out on some technical issues and also got the saw I was looking for. (Stihl 400) They have good stock, great knowledge, and were friendly. They definitely have that "authorized dealer" vibe going on for premium tools, so don't bring your broke a** box store crap here for repair! That stuff is use it 'till it breaks and then throw it away.

Better call before you go.They don't work on all small engines.Brought my Homelite leaf blower in for them to check and see why I couldn't get it started, and as soon as they seen the name they said we don't work on those.Go figure

These guys are salesmen. Took in 2 stroke blower that friend used without oil and froze up. They told me it was toast, so they sold me a new one and a friend got the "toasted" one running. Not sure if I trust them very much.

My garden tiller finally gave up beyond repair and we needed a new tiller right now I showed up 10 minutes before closing and they hooked me up with just what I needed a new Honda 110 the little tiller works great I do like the four stroke and I do not have to premix gas it's nice to keep it simpleI'm looking forward to years of service out of this little unit

Don't plan on getting anything for your garden here other than Sthil equipnent. They are mainly a Sthil dealership, all things Sthil i.e. chain saws, weed wackers, Sthil parts and fuel. They also repair Sthil equipnent.
