This tow yard is without a doubt the definition of unprofessionalism and shadiness. They managed to damage my vehicle while in there possession. Despite having concrete photo and video evidence, complete with time stamps proving the damage was not present before pickup, Kim continues to disappear and refuses to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage inflicted on my vehicle while in their possession. To add insult to injury, Kim even had the audacity to provide me with a fake phone number to send the evidence to. I have already taken the necessary steps by filing a claim, and rest assured, my insurance will be pursuing this matter.
*AVOID THIS TOW YARD AT ALL COSTS*

Osvaldo towed my BMW to the dealership with speed and great care. Hansel BMW recommended Performance Towing. I recommend them too!

After filling YP my car, it wouldn't start. Called my insurance roadside and they dispatched Performance Auto and he was there in about 40 minutes. Got my car started, but I still wanted to bring it to the Subaru dealership to make sure everything was ok. The tow truck driver ( forgot his name) was amazing. Followed me all the way to dealership in case I broke down and made sure I made it . Thank you. Amazing service. 10 stars wouldn't be enough.

i have to say this was the fastest service I have ever got from a towing company. They text me and said they'd be here in 30 minutes but he was here in less than 10 minutes. Luis was great. We couldn't get the call jump so he called And got authorization to told me home. Thanks Louis for all your help. I will definitely recommend performance towing to my friends.

Do not recommend. They told my service they would be here in 90 minutes. Never called me to say they arrived early. LIED TO MY SERVICE PROVIDER! That they tried calling me and had been waiting 15 minutes. Liars!

Took over two hours to get someone to my home and 3/4 phone call. Both of my vehicles we down. The gentleman that dealt with my cars was wonderful and even gave me a discount. So aside from the 1st impression it ended rather well.
