I called yesterday morning to schedule an oil change and to have my brakes checked out due to a squeaking noise. The oil change was done within a half hour of dropping off the car and Bill called to let me know that I did indeed need front brakes but the back brakes, though squeaky, have lots of life left. He had the front brakes replaced within two hours and charged a very fair price. We have taken cars to Nisstech on and off throughout the years, but also going to quick lube places or the dealership instead out of habit. However, yesterday's experience reminded me that Bill is the best -- he does what is needed to maintain the vehicle but always with honesty and cost consideration. He could have replaced all the brakes and I wouldn't have questioned it -- but I so appreciate his honesty and doing what is needed as it's needed, saving me money and time. We will definitely take our cars here exclusively from here on out.

Bill is the absolute best. I have been going to him with all mine and my families vehicles. He is the only mechanic I would ever trust with my cars. Everyone in his shop is so knowledgeable and actually amazing at there job! They have always been professional, courteous, timely, and well priced.

Bill is reliable, honest and trustworthy of my business. He shows me exactly what is going on and in the end shows me the faulty parts. He's redone brakes, fixed my air conditioning and electrical stuff. I highly recommend Nisstech!

We called at 8:30 am to see if they could look at our Maxima that was running poorly. They said to come in that same morning (!), they found the issue and fixed it within a few hours. We were back on the road by early afternoon. Price was very reasonable. We were so impressed! Car has been running great for a few weeks now. Nisstech will definitely be our go-to repair shop from now on!

I've been having trouble with the starter/flywheel to my Honda Accord and brought it in this morning. Bill, the owner of Nisstech, is awesome! He went above and beyond and noticed that my car was still under warranty (I felt pretty stupid that I didn't know that!) so he was able to fix my car quickly and for less money than I thought I would have had to spend. He has fixed other cars we own (I had an Acura) and is always very professional, extremely fair, and dependable. I recommend him highly!

I'm so happy that after more than a year being closed due to the owner's Covid experience, Bill is BACK. Same phone number, a different, but very close-by, location. Needless to say, Bill is very happy to be back at work again, as well!

I just want to say that Alex from Nisstech was SUPER helpful in diagnosing my problem in relation to my smog test for my 2012 Altima.... I will DEFINITELY recommend them to anybody looking for a place to get great service for their Nissan and/or other vehicles... Thanks so much Alex and Nisstech!!

Came here to leave (yet another) 5 stars for this great shop. It's so rare nowadays to see someone so knowledgeable and passionate about their work while giving amazing customer service. Came in with the dreaded "weird noise" that I tried to fix myself but quickly ran out of ideas. Brought it to the shop (next day, yay) and of course noise was gone. Bill was able to replicate the noise and had the problem diagnosed, parts sourced and repair complete THE SAME DAY! My 235k Xterra will love to camp another day. They also did my timing belt a while back which was another 5 star experience. I'm so thankful this shop exists. That's again!

Bill, the owner, has serviced our cars '05 Nissan Frontier, '14 Acura RDX, '16 Nissan Frontier) for 15 years. His service has been reliable, professional, fast & friendly for all that time. It's a relief to have someone we can call for trustworthy maintenance & repair on our vehicles.
