I been coming to this 7/11 from last 15yrs. The young guys who is running the store is super nice. I was looking for specific beer and he brought for me.

They Always have fresh coffee, Customers service is also good. I don't know why people always spread negativity about 7 Eleven's I have been coming to this store from long time and never had any issues.

Every time i went in to that store i would get short changed so i stoped going there for over 2 years I went today and i got charged for sonething i didnt buy. Over 2 years later and the same scam the clerl acts like it was an honest mistake but he's not a very good actor

Asked me if I wanted a bag and I said no so they charged me for a bag. The same cashier proceeded to give my friends back the short amount of change.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried to over charge me when I was buying 4 candys but he charged me for 7 as if I wasn't going to check the total. Frauds

Went in with my boyfriend late one night about a year ago. I'm posting this after remembering this event when I recently had another similar encounter with this store. Everything was normal & fine until we went to the counter to pay for our items. My boyfriend went to get cash from his wallet and looked up while handing over the money. This place always overcharges when we use card, so we don't use it anymore (we'd go elsewhere, but it's the closest store to our house). Anyway, when my boyfriend went to pay the guy he tried acting like my bf was trying to pick a fight with him. Tbh, I'm not 100% sure what exactly this guy's thought process was, but chasing us out of the store after pulling a bat out from behind the counter definitely wasn't the answer to whatever problem he imagined. He threatened to kill my boyfriend in front of me, amongst other vile things, and began taunting us by yelling "call the police". We just wanted to get the hell outta dodge, so we just got in the car and left, but not before this psycho acted like he was going to start hitting out car with the bat. He did this weird dart back and forth thing a few times from the store to about half way to where we were parked and leaving from. I was just going to forget about it, but as I said, we started going here again and something similar occurred. A warning to females out there- I'm not sure if it's more than one employee, but one of them is a nasty pervert. I've lied to this man claiming to be under 18 many times just to get him off my back, but he refuses to stop. DO NOT go here alone as a woman/girl. I've tried communicating with the owner(s) about these issues, but they don't care. I've also contacted the police, but they did nothing so I stopped trying with them. I'm fairly certain that this is a family business without any outsiders. That's why nothing changes and why it seems that multiple employees are behaving so unprofessionally. It's safe to say that I'm never coming here again. I only did when I'd otherwise have nothing to eat at work all day or was running low on food at home late at night. I'll choose that over having to deal with this unprofessional BS scam of a "business".

Walked in to do a doordash order, refused to help me, then called me a racial slur and made threats against family, saying he’ll “find and hurt us”!! Really scary situation and I hope the worker, I think his name is Singh, is fired! 7-11 corporate called was but still wanting to write this review.On top of my racial slur, on another occasion of being inside the store he called a group of people w****cks, and also n*****. Another occasion they overcharged my friend and refused to give money back!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They ripped me off for $10. I went back to try and get it with my receipts in hand and there was a shift change so now I have to go back tomorrow morning and so possibly talk to the manager Bobby I will never go there again
