A friend who used to be in the lending business recommended Aryan, and we have been grateful for that recommendation. Aryan and his team were attentive, knowledgeable, practical, and patient--while at the same time promptly handling any issues that came up and communicating well. We felt that Aryan placed our needs and well-being as the first priority throughout the process. He also clearly explained the way we would participate in the lending and home purchase process, as well as how we fit into the larger ecosystem of residential real estate in America in 2024. We feel fortunate to have been connected with Aryan, we love our home, and look forward to working with him again in the future. (We are in the Denver area. Brothers M is home-based in SoCal but we had no issues using them to purchase in Colorado. Very smooth.)

WOW! Possibly the smoothest mortgage process I have ever experienced while also being the most complex. Arshia was recommended to my husband and I by our CPA after we thought we were not going to be able to purchase a home based on what all other lenders had told us but Arshia got it done! Communication was great, they worked quickly, and we were always very clear on where we stood in the process. We closed on time, and the entire process was honestly pretty seamless. I do not think we would have been able to get a mortgage if it weren't for Arshia and Aryan. They are great at what they do and you can tell they truly care about the process for their clients.

Arshia was phenomenal, making our first home buying process smooth and easy. He guided us through everything with patience and keen attention to detail. Buying your first home can be quite daunting with all the information, documents and terms you need to read and understand, but Arshia made this a very easy, stress free and streamlined process for us! He really took the time to explain everything and was very responsive and communicative the entire way through. We needed to move quickly to get the house we wanted and Arshia made that happen with ease. Aryan has gone above and beyond not once but twice for our family. We bought our first home in 2020 and Aryan was very informative and communicative throughout the process. He has a way to make information that is not common knowledge digestible for buyers and really takes the time to make you feel cared for. We just recently bought our first investment property and Aryan, once again, made us feel empowered through and through.
