Extremely convenient to the pier, able to find a good parking spot by noon on a Sunday. And surprisingly reasonable. Only $11 for 3.5 hours

Parking was easy. It lets you out right at the shops and You pay on the way out. Just make sure you pay attention to where you parked. I was on level four row c and when I re entered the structure to leave I still had to look for my car because the level sorta lower down was also 4.
