Spoke with EDDIE, I assume is the owner and he lied about the quote. I get one quote on email and another in person. AVOID this place because if the owner says one thing, and does another, that's not good business.

The whole team at printland is amazing. Beck is very helpful and consistent. The quality of my prints are amazing, and the team is very reliable and quick! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This print for pay was easily accessible, responsive over yelp and over the phone. They don't seem to overcharge their customers, and have fast service.

OK finished product - pretty rubbish service.I was looking for a print shop to print some photos the 'old fashioned' way - I'd had them printed at Walgreens a few years ago but they weren't great quality so I was hoping a print shop could do a better job. They were a gift for my Grandmother.It started well with Printland offering to print me a sample in the size I wanted of 5 x 7, it was ready the next day & it looked good. This was the peak of my experience.I did not find the service friendly or helpful - they were not able to immediately tell me how I could send over my files which seems like it would've been a standard, easy question. The first guy I spoke with was so gruff he bordered on rude, the next guy, Noel, was a little better & more knowledgable. FYI they do accept dropbox...but this took a moment to get confirmed, and the gruff guy suggested I send over each file individually via email...I did not want to do that s there were 100 photos!They took a long time to respond to my email sending over the dropbox links - infact I had to follow up with an email 2 days later, & then a phone call; it took 6 days to confirm they were taking on my job. When I called I was hung up on then repeatedly put on hold when I called back & the person who answered the phone did not have a warm or helpful phone manner. They eventually fetched Noel who was a bit more helpful, tho he said he'd call me 'right back' to confirm he could do the job - an hour later I ended up calling back.It then transpired they could not print them the standard size of 5 x 7 that they had done for my sample, but could only do 5 x 7.5 which was disappointing as standard photo frames are 5 x 7.I would've found somewhere else but I was running out of time & it seemed easier to pursue Printland than to start over somewhere else.The finished product was not worth the $137 I paid for it and the service was haphazard & unfriendly. Maybe the store is better for brochures etc but they were not amazing for getting photos printed, I did not feel they valued me as a customer and I would not hasten to use them again.

Printed my documents same day, and at a much more reasonable price than other places I had considered. They are efficient and professional- will definitely be using them again.

I had some printing projects that I needed done right away and David and Beck helped me tremendously. They were extremely friendly, helpful with advice and gave me a very fast turnaround. The end result of the products are beautiful and I highly recommend their services.

I just left Printland with a big smile on my face and a warmth in my heart. I had the tiniest of jobs to do. I needed one letter printed out in black and white. It was a letter to help a friend get his US Visa so he can stay in the country to work. Luis was so nice, he didn't grumble about how small the job was or how little money he would make, instead, he printed it on a heavy paper stock for me and did not charge me the 50 cents it would have cost. I stopped buying ink for my printer because I was tired of paying through the nose for it. I had gone to other print shops where they had a minimums of five and seven dollars and would charge me that to print out one thing in black and white. Well, it's still less than buying a set of inks, I thought. But Luis didn't charge me seven dollars to print one letter and I'm so grateful for that. We talked about how it is nice to help people and we agreed that my friend would probably get his visa because of the "good vibes" that went into getting him this letter.
