Unfortunately they are allowing unmasked shoppers which is non-compliant with current LA county mask ? mandates. Very mismanaged and irresponsible. Avoid. Expressed my concern and the woman working there said it’s not a law and neither asked the customer to mask nor to leave - she did not address the issue even when brought to her attention. Obviously terrible customer and community service.

Had the best retail experience! Tammy made shopping a joy. The store is beautiful with a lovely selection of greeting cards and small gifts. Glad this is close by.

After discovering PAPYRUS, I can never buy regular cards again. The store is gorgeous, the products are exceptional, and the staff is courteous and professional. If you want something wrapped, be sure to ask for Patricia. Her gift-wrapping skills are exemplary, and the finished product is truly a work of art! My family has come to expect specially-wrapped gifts. LOL
