My wife & I are so happy with our experience with Mack Drapery Service. Adam was friendly, on time & got the job done seamlessly. He’s a great communicator and really took the time to understand our goals with the product. He worked with our black out curtains to get the most effective use out of them & we’re so happy with the finished result.

The blackout lining in one of our drapes was deteriorating due to sun damage. I looked for a service that would replace the lining and couldn't find one. In fact, one company said they stopped doing that work because it never came out nicely. I finally connected with Adam and sent a photo. He offered to replace the lining at a fair price. I had Mack Drapery do the work. The pick up and re-hanging was very professional. Best of all, the drape came back in perfect condition. It looks good and hangs well. I am more than pleased with their service.

I want to fix two drapery issues. Adam, the owner, was quick to respond on Yelp message. Fixed them really quick. High quality, excellent service and affordable service. Adam and Taylor were great people to work with. Highly recommend this small business!

Adam and Tyler are great. They arrived on time and quickly figured out why my motorized window shades stopped working. I had to order a charger because the previous owner did not leave it here. They took care of ordering a new one for me and will have it delivered directly. They showed me exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company. They care about their customers.

The motorized shades in the bedroom stopped working. I didn't realize each motorized shade requires charging! We recently moved into a new home and the previous owner did not leave any charging devices for all the motorized shades. I called Adam and he and Tyler arrived on time the next day. They were able to do a quick charge so at least we could get the blackout screen in the down position. I had to order a new charge device which they are having sent to me. They spent a lot of time and helped me get the shades working again (once they have a full charge). I appreciate their honesty and help. I'm very happy I chose them.

Adam and Tyler are great. They provide service to fix Somfy curtains. They are very responsive , punctual and knowledgeable. I messed up my Somfy remote and they came and fix the problem.
