Been to this shop many times. The guys (Willy and Élon) are always helpful and never try to "over sell" me on items I don't need. They've been keeping my bike in tip-top shape for nearly 5 years. I love my bike but I'm thinking maybe it's time for a new model! This is where I will go if I decide to step it up!

Much more than your average bike shop. The owner Elon is super kind and is very knowledgeable, so that you get exactly what you need based on your specific level of use and shape. I feel much more comfortable biking now!

This place is such a rip off. They must be trying to take advantage of tourists that don't know any better. I live right down the street and there are so many better bike stores in the area. The people that work here are terrible. Don't fall for it. Go to any other place. People that know don't go in there.

Honestly, the absolute best and the most honest people I have ever met! They will not mis-sell you or sell you something you do not need to get revenue. They truly care about quality and have SO much knowledge + are so friendly. They helped me out about 3-4 times now in my year living in Santa Monica and I could not recommend them more highly.

After moving to LA from NYC, it was important to find a local shop that provides great service, a wide selection of bikes, and a constant source of advice. I truly believe this is the best bike shop on the west side. Thank you Elon, Willy, and Carly!

Hats off to Willie and Elon; genuinely nice gentlemens. The way they approach you makes you feel very comfortable (in such a great way) that you know your bike will be very well taken care of. If you need a bike fit: WILLIE is the person I would go to in SC. Willie has an eye of a SPHYNX and hears every little dead spot you have when you are on the trainer. He gives you super tips to enhance and develop your cyclings. Prices are the best in the west. There are things they sometimes don't even charge you. They truly care about their customer! Such great people - with a good heart! Love Giant SM!

I don't even know where to start...Elon and Willie are the best. Got my bike serviced recently and it feels brand new. It rides smooth like butter. I think I cried a little when I first hopped on cause it felt perfect. And, they always help out when needed (I literally call them for all my bike problems). The rest of the crew is just as great! If you're looking for a fast, smooth bike and need a knowledgeable and clean location to get servicing or just to hang out with these cool guys, Giant in Santa Monica is the place to go. Plus, they gave me a cookie for my ride home. Thank you as always, you guys rock :)

They have 1 1/4th spacers, one of the hardest things to find! If you ever need work, help or advice check these guys out! Solid crew and very knowledgeable. You won’t be disappointed

1 star is 1 too many. My tire was flat. I walked in and asked if they could change it. They said they didn’t have the right size. Luckily, I had the correct tube. I showed them the tube and the two workers announced that the mechanic was gone for the day. It was 5 PM and they didn’t close until 6.How a bike shop employs not 1 but 2 people that BOTH are incapable of knowing how to change a flat is beyond me. Very nice looking shop, very fancy decor, 0 technical expertise.
