Walked in to get my Rolex band adjusted and was reminded of the exceptional and excellent Rolex service and care. As I walked in, Brittany met me at the door, quickly determined best options for adjustment, and within minutes my watch was fixed and looking and fitting perfectly. I was also given an informative update on my (1980) sea dweller sub mariner and best options for upgrades vs cleaning and repair — all done with a level of quality, expertise and courtesy hard to find, even at the highest levels of VIP service.

Gearys Santa Monica Rolex Boutique is amazing! I have been to Rolex Boutiques around the world and visiting this location stands out to me. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful when shopping at Rolex, but the representative I worked with (Maral) was exceptional. While browsing the shop, I told her what watch I hoped to purchase next. She quickly grabbed my information and added me to the list (I know, THE LIST...) where I assumed I would just be another nameless entry on a 3 year long waiting journey. What surprised me was that Maral actually followed up with me on more than one occasion to check in. That has NEVER happened to me except when being contacted about a piece that's available. She went above and beyond to make the experience warm and personal which is also a first for me. When I did arrive to purchase my watch, Maral was there to greet me and provided me with a flawless experience. I love Gearys Santa Monica and can't wait for my next watch!

What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into Gerry’s, looking into the possibility of gifting a timeless Rolex for my Son’s upcoming birthday. This became a reality thanks to the efforts of Ms. Maral Mekonian; she supplied me with her personal cell number and kept me apprised for over a month of the different styles and what was available. I was fortunate to purchase a Rolex date just 41. that had just been made available. The entire staff was fantastic in answering all my questions. Dimitri was so helpful
With expediting engraving services. I would highly recommend Gerry’s of Santa Monica.

I went to the boutique to hopefully pick up a watch for myself.
I sat down with Brittany who showed me options. Everyone in the store was very hospitable.
I put my name down for a couple watches and soon after Brittany reached out and got the EXACT watch I wanted.
