Few weeks ago need to perches present for a birthday bash
Walked in the heist jewelry and I was greeted with warm attitude and friendly response I got what I needed from beautiful merchandise with good price

Heist is my favorite local jewelry store. I trust and value the craftsmanship of the pieces, and the service is impeccable. All of my favorite pieces are from here, and I smile every time I pass by this shop. It's a must-visit when in Santa Monica.

Owner was beyond rude and said store was closed but hours said until 5 and not sure but he may just be picky in who he chooses to even accept as a customer. Found a great amazing shop down the corner called Ele Keats Jewelry who were super amazing and good kind energy.

I never leave reviews but I was treated so terribly here, I had to. I walked in wanting to buy 18k gold earrings for my sensitive ears. There was nobody else inside and only one person working; she was sitting behind the desk and I told her what I was in for. After showing me 2 pairs, from 1 out of 10 jewelry cases, I said "I want to look at the other cases". Grudgingly the woman walked back to her desk. I tried to ask a question regarding sterling silver vs gold in regards to sensitive ears, and she ignored me. Then I asked about silver turning and she said "well obviously don't wear it in the ocean". I then asked again about sensitive ears but, no response or eye contact. Then a customer came in with a $100 budget and the sales woman jumped up, went through cases, and showed her everything; however everything inside a case was at least $200+! I wandered around, being ignored, but I really loved this single, rose gold, pave earring, it was $495. After begging the woman to look my way she opened the case for me. I looked at the earring for about 5 minutes and not once was asked if I liked the piece. She was so occupied showing the other customer the sterling pieces which weren't even in the cases. I decided to leave and not give her or this place my business. Maybe she made a $100 off a sterling necklace sale but it was her loss on making over $500.

Great location. Excellent service. They go above and beyond to help you. Beautiful selection of jewelry. Friendly and professional. The best jeweler and jewelry repair on the West Side and in Santa Monica. Call them for more information. I'm glad to have found this great jewelry store.

Heist is truly a gem on Montana Avenue!! While there are a few other spots with beautiful jewelry on this street, I found Heist to be slightly more affordable. Each jewelry shop on Montana has it's own character, and what I loved most about Heist was that they had traditional, elegant, and unique pieces all in one shop. The salespeople provide great service. If you're in the market for fine jewelry (or even fashion jewelry, the shop had both), stop by and check this place out!

I love Heist Jewelry Store! They have the most beautiful and unusual jewelry, plus vintage and estate pieces. Sean, the owner, took an old charm bracelet of my grandmother's and converted the charms into sterling silver key chains so her great grandchildren could carry her memory! Trustworthy, talented, and really nice! And Aspen is an angel~Thank you so much!

Loved everything about this place! The care and consideration that Chloe and the Team had provided me when I brought in my Mother's jewelry that needed repair-- I cannot thank you enough. Excellent service and great products! Though I brought in quite a bit of jewelry for repair, I stilled walked away with a beautifully crafted anklet. What a wonderful store with good energy and great people. They made the engagement ring purchase a pleasure. The ladies were lovely and the jeweler was trustworthy and on time. For anyone living in Santa Monica I highly recommend Heist Jewelers.
