When Chase bank took over Republic Bank which I was a customer of for several years I stopped receiving my Social Security direct deposit for May and also June so I went into this branch to find out why. The bank manager a medium size middle aged male with gray hair escorts me into a cubicle where an assistant was going to help me. Well after at least 15 minutes back and forth with the tech people on the phone the bank had no idea where my Social Security direct deposit had disappeared to. The manager came back in and also had not a clue what happened to my Social Security and was starting to get annoyed because I was not happy with his response. Then he starts bouncing around the cubicle in an aggressive manner getting more annoyed because I told him they had screwed up and lost it on the change over from Republic Bank. He took no responsibility for the screw up and raising his voice told me to go to the Social Security Office since it was not his problem. He then started throwing his wait around telling there was nothing more he could do. Everything just escalated from there with him ordering me to leave the bank and yelling he was going to close my account. I was escorted out of the door and the door locked behind me. This guy was nothing more than a bully who ordered a senior citizen to leave his bank after he lost my Social Security Check and could not care less. I would not recommend having anything to do with this branch of Chase ever. They take no responsibly for their screw ups.

At this Chase branch, I experienced unprofessional and discourteous service. The staff exhibited a poor attitude towards customers, and when attempting to address my concerns, I encountered a particularly uncooperative individual. This person, who is not the owner but rather the manager named Masoud Parvis, displayed further rudeness and unprofessional behavior.
On the same day, I visited another Chase branch where I received prompt and satisfactory assistance with my transaction. This stark contrast highlights the issues at the aforementioned branch. I recommend choosing an alternative location, as the ratings reflect similar experiences shared by other customers.

Although the wait time is often long as mentioned in other reviews, I have always received courteous service when I finally reach the window. I was surprised, however, when making an emergency $20 deposit to be told the bank no longer replaces damaged currency so one of my quarters would be rejected. I was referred to the federal treasury for obtaining a replacement. Adding insult to injury, the next week I opened a roll of quarters purchased at this branch and found a damaged quarter. Now I have two. Guess I’ll need to book a flight to DC. I had no idea a bank could be in such a precarious financial position it is not able to provide this service.

TErrible. I deposited a client check and the manager LOST it. So embarrassed that i had to ask my client to reissue. On another visit the teller told me that my client's check could not be accepted because it was a "payroll" account - What? It was the exact same check I've deposited there for 2 years. Teller couldnt explain what the issue was and actually got mad at me when I pressed for an explanation. Went back. next day to a different teller and they took it no questions asked. Truly a bizarre bank.

Not a friendly branch. It doesn’t matter how many years you go to this branch they still act that they don’t know you. They don’t try to help you with good customer service. A dry place. The manager is never helpful either. I rather drive and go to pacific palisades branch.Customer service is not good at this branch. They work like a robot. They don’t try to have a business relationship or connection with clients. Good location but the push people away.

This is the worst Chase bank I have ever been to and makes me rethink banking with Chase. Do not deposit any money here through the ATM. The ATM took $600 from me due to the branch manager cancelling the transaction and the money stayed in the ATM, without posting to my account. I filed a claim, but it was denied as they said they "couldn't find the money" (???). The branch manager refused to be helpful with the process and did not contact me or follow up regarding the matter whatsoever, obviously trying to sweep the issue under the rug. I went in person, again to no help, just saying he will speak to someone when he never had it investigated further. I have followed up multiple times through the claims department and my response was to "get law enforcement involved." Since it is such a large sum that is missing, I will do so. I have filed a formal complaint against the branch manager and the branch in general refuses to answer the phone. If you read the other reviews, they all have a problem with the manager and take their word for it. I wish I had never gone here and respectfully, this branch should be closed.

At this Chase branch, they are so unprofessional and rude. They treat their customers with an attitude, If you try to complain you have this guy who pretends he is the owner of the branch and you get more rudeness and bad behavior. By the way, is not the owner, he is just a bad manager with a bad attitude. He is name is Masoud Parvis.I went to a different (location) branch the same day and there was no problem helping me to complete my transaction.Just a bad branch with a bad manager and bad stuff choose another location, look at the rating you will see my point.

I waited for 20 minutes there should’ve been another Teller. I feel like we’ve lost a little bit of the customer service at this branch.

Incredibly rude and utterly incompetent. Do not waste your time, it is not worth it. If you go in person or call , it will be the exact same difference. You never hear a "can do" but ONLY AND ALWAYS A " CANNOT DO" attitude. They will route you over to a million other people and 5 hours later you will still not have a BASIC, EVERYDAY INFO FROM THEM! Absolutely unacceptable. Adding to it is the fact that I cannot post this opinion either because " an Error Occurred" - Oh, yes, I am sure!!!

High time you change your staff. Went to the bank 3 times for various items - money transfer, beneficiary changes, notary. At all times they said they are too busy! There are 3 managers here sitting in their offices doing something I cannot fathom. All my requests needed 20 mins tops.I really do feel there is 0 empathy here at this branch towards customers.

This chase bank is terrible. The manager has this arrogant attitude. Their response is call before you come but NO ONE answers the phone. Their excuse is we are with customers. Not sure how their are with customers if no one ever answers. I would give them negative stars if I could.

One star for one dimensional thinking. I needed to make a wire today and was refused support because I have a temporary state ID, no matter that I had additional forms of ID including both my birth certificate and social security card. I've banked with Chase for many years and this just might be the end. There's a reason why I make bank and why you work at a bank -- I think outside of the box. Here's a hint: when a customer who has moved lots of money through your bank asks for an additional level of creativity, and problem solving, figure it out.
