I recently purchased the Snow mattress and I absolutely adore it! First time in years that I woke up with no pain in my joints. Great for side sleepers. I bought my mattress from the Santa Monica store on Montana. Shelley was so helpful answering all my questions, amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Echo saved the day. After a different company mishandled our delivery schedule . I decided to call Casper, and fortunately Echo answered from the Santa Monica store. We called at 10 am and by 1pm our matress was delivered and set up. She even arranged for a task rabbit service to assemble everything for us. We only had a day to be organized , and she saved the day. Thank you Echo! You have a customer for life. We love our new mattress and are grateful for the amazing service.

I already loved my hybrid Casper mattress, but finally made the switch to their pillows and I can’t recommend them enough! The hybrid pillow is a game changer when it comes to my quality sleep.
I have to give a personal shout out the the amazing woman that helped me, Echo. She was SO INCREDIBLY helpful and understanding. I was a bit of a picky customer and she made the experience worth every penny.
I first started with the hybrid, but knew that the hybrid with “snow” tech was coming out. Echo suggested that I get the original hybrid now and return/exchange it when the snow came out. I used the snow for 28 out of the 30 day return period and decided that the hybrid just had more support for my liking. I gave Echo a call again and she completely understood and eased my worries that I was being a hassle.
Great pillow, but even better customer service! Give this woman a raise, NOW!

The Casper store on Montana Avenue might be cashless but my experience shopping there was gold. After listening to me intently, Shelley showed me the exact mattress I needed. She also answered all my questions about accessories and duvet covers. And she was kind, really kind. Unfortunately, two days later the delivery experience via the same store was emotionally draining when random sales guy (he knows who he is) took over my delivery even though I asked to speak to Shelley or Echo (whose call I was returning). Random sales guy was defensive, condescending and rude. The delivery experience continued heading south until Shelley, who is also the store manager, stepped in and saved the day. Because a customer advocate is valuable and worth far more than a customer adversary, I'm giving this Casper store 5 stars.

Literally just got off the phone with Travis from the Santa Monica location he took the time to walk me through the set up of my Casper base so I could get it up and running properly. He was so patient and helpful through this process, amazing customer service thanks again!!!!

OMG Travis hooked us UP!!! My husband is basically a 20th Centiry Fossil. Travis was not only informative, but he took the time to review ALL options AND gave us an amazing deal to boot. Echo chimed in and i realized dealing with a baller. Forget Abocado - this is the only place in town.LOVE YOU GUYS - cannot wait to sleep in the 21st Century on an amazing Snow!

The store lures you in with the 70% off sign but there's nothing at 70% off. Get a free pillow and sheets with $1700 plus mattress. Some actress is no better than your basic memory foam and you have to wait till the 30th day to return it. I didn't get my full refund because they charged me a couple hundred bucks for my free pillow and sheets and told me they had to be returned before 30 days. It was one trick after another I would try a different store and a different brand of mattress. I wish I had.

The mattress was a basic memory foam mattress at an exorbitant price. The sign outside the store said 70% off. There was no 70% off It was a trick to get you in the store. They gave me a free pillow and sheets with a $1,700 mattress. I had to return the mattress because it was really uncomfortable and it's definitely not worth the money. They didn't refund all of my money because they said that they were charging me for my free pillow and sheets. They have a rule that the mattress has to be returned after 30 days if it's going to be returned but the pillow and sheets have to be returned before 30 days. It was basically one trick after another with these people I would go to your local mattress store and stay away from Casper.

Very helpful and easy to work with. Shelley answered all my questions and helped me sort out shipping to the store so we could be sure of the safety of the packages. The warehouse guy was helpful bringing everything out to the car. All in all a great experience.

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing my experience at Casper Santa Monica was. My wife and I walked in without knowing what we were looking for. Kyle and the rest of the associates helped us come to the right decision without "selling" us on anything. The most impressive part of the experience was not feeling like I was dealing with a salesperson but rather someone who listened to our needs and made suggestions without pushing us to spend more or less money. Since purchasing the hybrid wave and adjustable frame, Kyle has made sure to stay in touch with my wife and I to make sure we are satisfied. I despise reviews but feel obligated to write this as I am truly indebted to the Casper Santa Monica team for their help, kindness, professionalism and of course, the most comfortable matress and pillows my wife and I ever slept on!I promise you cannot go wrong checking out that specific store, as my wife said "who knew you can have an enjoyable experience shopping for matresses"
