Before the redesign, the bank was not bad, but now, with the teller diet, it really is terrible. Having one teller for a busy bank is just unacceptable. I'm not able to access our account or get change in a timely manner. It's very frustrating. No one should have to wait for 30 minutes for a teller to conduct business. Add more tellers or bank staff to help out.

manager wouldn't let my 88 year old mother send an urgent cashiers check because she only showed up with an expired but otherwise totally legitimate drivers license (unable to renew in time due to broken arm), proof of address, and proof of DMV application for new license/ID, the branch didn't answer phone on multiple calls from me, and it looks like if you give a negative review here on google you are routed to someone on facebook rather than given a number to call a human being.

Best experience ever with Rodney as our agent! First time buying a home and we could have not chosen a better person to assist us. He was patient and kept us on the loop of what was happening. I can't even write enough or express my sincere gratitude ?

Extremely unprofessional behavior,"I had two appointments scheduled to provide my information because the DMV didn't send my ID on time. I called Bank of America, and they assured me I was okay until my physical ID arrives. However, when we went to the bank, the person in the second room from the right canceled our appointment, preventing us from submitting a review. He started arguing with me in the lobby, and they didn't provide me with any helpful information."

Today was our first real introduction to the staff and wonderful people working at this branch. After having an unpleasant experience at a larger local branch (which actually caused us to rethink using Bank of America for our personal and business accounts), we decided to try a smaller and more intimate branch. The branch manager, Ali, actually answered the phone to schedule our appointment. He was incredibly welcoming, kind and compassionate and assured us that they would be able to help us. Our banker, Joey Clemons, treated us with such warmth, respect, competence and care, that we were kicking each other under the table because we were so happy that we weren't being treated as if in a cattle car. Joey has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, and his expertise in dealing with business accounts, personal, as well as estate issues is beyond comprehensive. He is a rare find: personable, compassionate, smart, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Ali came in to introduce himself, and he was absolutely lovely. Although our prior experience with another branch was less than stellar, today's experience was the complete opposite. Both Joey and Ali have made this branch stand out for its small-town personal touch in the middle of an impersonal major metropolitan city. We would like to thank Joey for spending the time that he did with us without ever being condescending in dealing with our myriad questions. He made a difficult situation so easy and seamless for us. It is because of Joey Clemons that we decided not to move to another institution with our accounts. He is a stellar banker and genuine human being, and we truly look forward to working with him in the future.

Very unhelpful, uninformed and rude staff. Their poor service made me rethink banking with B of A entirely.

I am giving this B of A 5-stars because they have the newest "State of the Art" ATM's and they are the best. They are both inside. These ATM's must cost a Billion Dollars each--basically all the sneaky fees that B of A charges customers. These ATM's have large big screens, dispense $10, $20, and $100 bills. (Wish list: $5.00 bills.) and you can choose your denominations! ATM's here also shine your shoes, massage your thighs..(Kidding)--but not a bad idea though. I would come here just to use the ATM's. Parking is free and easy. After you take cash out if you don't know what to do with it, there are a ton of restaurants within a block and a new Starcrooks Coffee is across the street. The actual branch is closed due to Covid with a sign on the door that says if you need access to your safe deposit box contact them and they will see what they can do.

This place is really disappointing Cesar used to help us out when we first opened our accounts andwas great and would respond when we had questions or issues,he would hound us after to make sure he had perfect survey for his manager and bank to see and we didn't mind because he was helping us. We have 4 accounts including our business accounts & For whatever reason we are small fish or not a priority on his list anymore. we have reached out called and text over 3-4 time each my hubby and myself begging him for response and help on a few big issues we were having. The issue I realized is we already filled out his "customer service survey" from our last visit too soon it's really sad and that's the correlation so now We can't get a response or a care to save our lives. He's rude very short and unresponsive when it suits him, we told him how upset we were with his service and the way we had been treated by the bank and wanted to close our accounts he didn't care. Bravo Brentwood for the horrible service ! Go see Cesar

The Absolute worst commercial bank in the United Ststes. The industry's worst customer service, by far. When Bank of America goes out of business, I will be the first to cheer!! I hate every single thing about Bank of America!
