Awful, all around. The staff are lethargic, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The place is also crawling with homeless people. I’ve never felt more unsafe… in my own bank!

This is an absolutely horrible bank and customer service. If you make an appointment online, they don't have you listed when you arrive. When you then come in, make an appointment, what you did with the associates does not come to fruition. It's actually almost unbelievable how bad it is. When you call the phone number for any of the Bank of Americas it gives you no one to talk to. They push you to get an appointment online but then don't honor it.

I called for 30 minutes continuously before anyone answered my call and then waited another 12 minutes on hold before they told me there was no appointments left. Then they hung up. Terrible terrible service, rude staff. Seriously go to any other bank but this one.

Every time I go into this bank to cash a Bank of America issued check they won’t cash it because they can’t “verify that it’s real”. I’m sure they’re prejudiced because every time I go to any other Bank of America they have no problem cashing my checks. Extremely unprofessional, especially management.

Mannn this location of bank of America is really bad 3 people behind the window and No one come help me. One person on the desk and 3 customer waiting including me. One hour for just one question. This is really a joke.
