This is the first time in a really long time that representatives at a Verizon store actually acknowledged my presence and went above and beyond to help me. Mr. Abel- the representative who checked me in was extremely helpful and professional. Lupita- the representative who assisted me with my concerns today was extremely helpful, patient and a true professional. Both Abel and Lupita went above and beyond to help me this visit and it has reinforced my faith in knowing that there are employees who really care about customers.

Abel the “ specialist “ was beyond rude & cocky . I went in there to pay off a device & close my account with Verizon due to the service not working at all. He had a horrible face the whole time . He was whispering stuff with his coworkers & laughing . Super horrible service & on top of that he was extremely arrogant . We have NEVER dealt with such horrible a horrible “ rep “ . The few times we have visited the store before a kind gentleman greeted us & helped us ( Brian ) . If you ever visit Verizon on Betteravia ask for Brian, he will actually help you & fix your problems with the service.

I've more or less had a good experience with the store. Usually a good quality customer service and attempts to help me get discounts where I qualify for them. What I don't like is the subpar privacy policies. The store had me giving personal information to someone on the other end of a phone and essentially had me shout my SSN in a crowded room I was not a fan of the experience.

I had a nightmare of an experience at this location a phone was purchased through my account fraudulently (how does a phone get ordered in my name and sent to my previous address in another state without my knowledge and I am to blame when I go to the corporate location) I purchased one device from this location only.
I went back and forth with this location and exhausted my energy with them. Management helped me resolve one problem only to lead to another thing. I was reassured this would be resolved. My fiancés phone had issues from when we purchased the device (completely Verizon’s fault) so I returned because I was told by management they made an error and I had to return the phone. So I waited and waited only to release the phone to them with hopes that they would do there job and I was refused my activation fee you have 14 days to return a device and get you fee back it was 11 days exactly when I returned the phone but they refused my refund. I was told I’d get credited on my account nope a few dollars was added and instead was left with a bill of $1,216. I have family who reside in this area I will never recommend them here. No response from management to verify an update on my account and my balance. Time to clean up shop Verizon I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years customers always come first they are what keep the business going

This location is supposed to be the flagship corporate store. We had to drive 16 miles to there because we live in a small town. When we walked in, the guy at the front with a goatee who takes names was very rude and had a very bad attitude and seemed like he didnt want to help us. Treated us like we were Sprint customers. We pay a lot for our phone service. When we told him we didnt being treated like this he said well we might not get to you today.
Avoid this location at all costs!!

Horrible customer service. Starting off with "the greeter" Abel is his first name no smile as we walk in nor a hello, more like we were bothering him entering the store. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the continued poor customer service of this store.. Abel "the greeter" didn't bother to look up my account until I told him I wanted to file a complaint. I wanted to purchase a charger he said the wall is over there if we have it. Didn't offer to help me find it he was to busy texting or pretending to be working on his phone. There was no line, no one waiting in the parking lot for the most part was empty but he said if I wanted assistance it would be 40min wait. He had major issues with me asking to speak to a supervisor I literally had to stand in front of the door where employees come out from to try and speak to a manager even then the employees that came out were like speak with "the greeter" after he repeatedly refused since I wouldn't give him my phone #. If a customer wants to speak to a manager or supervisor I don't understand why they would hesitate. I have been a customer for over 25years and the Customer service is non existent at this location. When I finally spoke to a manager she apologized but she allowed him stand there and try to intimidate me, now all of a sudden he's interested in what I need, the manager didn't even bother to help me look for a charger I walked out empty handed, thankfully the T-mobile in the same parking lot helped me with the charger purchase I needed. Pretty sad and pathetic how this Verizon is ran. I have purchased my last 2 phones via phone as I had a negative experience in the past and obviously nothing has changed. I will highly unlikely ever recommend this store.

I bought 4 weeks' internet connection for Nokia X10 phone on Jan 18th from this Santa Maria office. On Jan 30th the internet connection was lost. I visited the Verizon Riverside office and at first they didn't know the reason why this was not functioning. Today I visited the second time and they said that Vodafone doesn't support this phone model! So I lost over two weeks of service! No compensation!

SHOCKING rudeness/hatefulness. This was unlike any customer service. I've never seen anything like this. Three separate associates were directly rude/mean. I am ENTIRELY shocked this could be going on at a Verizon store. HORRIBLE PEOPLE that should not be acting that way at work.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Has been at this location with its incompetent manager. Rude customer service with a sprinkle of childish behavior. As if she owners the multibillion dollar company and could do as she pleases.

Very bad service, rude, disrespectful, employees with bad attitude and they don't care about your complaints or problems. They don't do nothing to help you. Very disappointed with Verizon and the way they trained their employees.

I was helped by a man named edrik. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a new phone. I strongly recommend making an appointment or else you will be waiting for a long time !!

I hope others enjoy good experiences at this Verizon Wireless store. I am disappointed that when I asked the three people in front what the Thanksgiving special is, the response was that they did not know what I was talking about, even though I just saw an ad flash by during an NFL game last night. Instead I was informed that they have hundreds of specials and I needed to let them know what I was looking for because they have “hundreds of specials” and once I Iet them know what I am looking for they would put me on a list to wait for a specialist. “The advertised special for Thanksgiving” they couldn’t help me with.Frustrated, I left the store and immediately attempted to search for the special on my iPhone with 5G Verizon service, but my 5G service, right outside the store only had one bar and wouldn’t load the Verizon site until I refreshed a couple times. At last the ad came up but since this poor reception is often typical for my 5G on the Central Coast, I returned to the store to let the staff know how poor their reception was. I was told that the much touted coverage map doesn’t apply to data coverage, which is significantly less. So much for “blazing fast” coverage…meanwhile, back on the website is a maze of options, some of which tout that what you see is what you get with no surprises, and yet, with all the “hundreds of options” I am not sure just what is offered. I suspect this confusion of options is deliberate. I suspect that this obfuscation is by design and part of how Verizon Wireless trains their employees and markets their services.
