It is hard running a used car business during the SARS CoV-2 virus pandemic and during a recession (post 2008 financial meltdown) and during historictimes of high inflation ( 2020 to 2024 during Biden White House administration times of high stimulus spending and massive dollar printing, etc.). this business is average and the people are average and the service is average.

Awful awful, probably the worst car experience we've ever had! I really REALLY recommend you have the car inspected by YOUR own mechanic before purchasing- don't trust them when they say "they inspected it at their own shop," because they did not. They lie. There is a very limited, if any, warranty buying from them, and if you have any issues (mine were IMMEDIATELY after driving off the lot), they are inflexible and suddenly don't care about you. As long as you give them the sale, then they're done with you. PLEASE please do your homework. Buyers BEWARE. Read other reviews (not just on google either) that also mention car issues they had when leaving Timo's in their new car...

I would recommend Timos Auto Sales to all my friends and family because they were very friendly and professional when I came in to look at the cars. From the beginning, they gave me personal attention and service to not only find a car that worked for me, but to make sure all of my questions were answered. They didn't pressure me to buy a car from them, but instead gave examples of why they are the best in Santa Maria, which effectively convinced me. If you want to work with people who have your best interests at heart, go to Timos.

When I came to buy my car here, I saw a great selection of cars. Every car I looked at had great qualities. The customer service was impeccable and the car salesman did not pressure us and did not pressure me to buy a car. Great place overall, I give them a 10 out of 10.

I bought my first car here! I had friendly staff guiding me through the entire process and had a great selection of cars and unbeatable prices. Unlike all the other car dealerships, they don't pressure you while you shop and were super friendly.

I love this place because they have great customer service. When I went to buy my first car, they were very helpful. They gave me enough space to choose my own car. I didn't feel pressured like other dealers to get a car. I would definitely recommend their selection.
