Bait and switch that’s exactly what they do. I bought a couch and loveseat and they sent me a used defective set. The sofa smells like someone’s stinking feet and I hope I don’t get bed bugs from their delivery truck. I was going to let it go and buy new furniture but this is covered under warranty. This is not the set I bought.
Ashley has a 30 day return. I’m want to return this trash. I bought new furniture not used returned furniture.
I problem should have never told them I was a disabled veteran. They gave me the veterans deal

I recently had a fantastic experience with the delivery service for my furniture and the office personnel at R & R. The delivery guys were prompt, professional, and handled my furniture with great care. They were efficient and made the entire process seamless.
Equally impressive was the customer service provided by the office personnel. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently answered all my questions, guided me through the store, and ensured I found exactly what I needed.
Overall, both the delivery team and the office personnel contributed to a wonderful customer experience. I highly commend their dedication to excellent service and would gladly recommend R&R to anyone looking to buy furniture.

I will definitely shop again from R&R. My furniture was delivered as promised. The delivery guys did a very good job. The lady in the office provided excellent communication about my order from day one. Prices were the best in town. Definitely recommend.
