I’m disappointed at the way feedback and suggestions are nearly impossible to address. The water filter at this location has not been changed, I filled my water bottle up, when I tasted it, it tasted funny. I poured it out, the water appeared yellow.
Two big issue, 1) Feedback, comments and suggestions should easily be addressed on the app. 2) Please look into the log of when filters are changed.

Cleanliness, good staff, machines well maintained,
Good lighting. Downside- news channels on the TV ARE influenced by management are poorly biased.

This gym has great staff always helps you when you need help and it’s always clean I enjoy doing my workouts here.

I give this rating because the company doesn't give the employees the opportunity to change the televisions to the customers request. A went to the gym on a Sunday and the "Game" was on and asked for the T.V. to be changed so I can watch it during my work but was told that they were not allowed. That's a fail on the company.

Great workout place been coming her for 2 years, my journey her has been great.The gym equipment are very good and the environment is great, the staff is amazing Richiee is a very professional and welcoming person.

Love this gym the staff is super friendly and helpful my first day Richiee greeted me and helped me out. He was super nice and immediately made me feel comfortable.There are plenty of machines and everything is super clean. Great place!

Gym is really clean, staff is very nice (Richiee) is always ready to help. Definitely you can go and enjoy your workout, + you may also bring a guest.

They have most workout machines here needed for me.
I have seen a lot of improvements. It's making it's positive mark in town. Greater gym now with the improvements.
