This has nothing to do with Heather Lord. But we ordered a kitchen sink. We received at least four delivery dates and one verbal commitment (from a Lowes employee). We are packing because we were moving. So, we had to stop packing, go over to the new house and wait... and wait...etc., several hours of wasted time. Then in the evening I'd receive an email was sent giving me a new delivery date. THEN, they finally said it was delivered. IT WAS NOT delivered. We were here all day long and no one delivered anything. Now we have to wait 10 days for a credit and nine days before the sink arrives (which I had to pay for again!) The rep wanted to charge me MORE to have Lowes deliver it! The proper response should've been, this is our mistake, and man we really did you wrong... we will overnight it to you. Since I no longer have any confidence in Lowes delivery, if the sink arrives after the cabinets are installed, I'll have to pay more to bring the installers back. Is this the kind of store you want to buy from? I'm done with Lowes.
We needed new kitchen cabinets and all new appliances. We met with Heather Lord. Heather was very friendly, professional, she had tremendous knowledge of every single step in the process, she made great recommendations, and she guided us through various approaches we could take to minimize expenses. I strongly recommend Heather for any of your kitchen cabinets or appliance needs. We met with three other competitors before we met with Heather, and she was by far, the best of the four.

Ordered several interior doors, most of which were delivered damaged with no interest by the store manager to correct. They seem to think the damage shown in these pictures can be corrected with paint.

My wife and I went to Lowe's to look for a new griddle. We had the Blackstone two-burner but that just wasn't enough real estate when we have six people to feed. G a b y helped me pick out the Blackstone that I wanted and Cynthia rang us up. It was a very pleasant shopping experience no pressure on which unit to buy so I made my choice and got the four burner 36-in Blackstone. I also picked up some shelving and some see-through storage containers to put my cooking supplies in. I still haven't seasoned the grill yet I'll probably do that today. Looking forward to lots and lots of good meals on this Blackstone.
