We will never shop at Idlers again. The whole experience was horrible. Inaccurate measurement of our oven started the issues. Then we waited two months for our oven to come in due to an error in the order number. Then they wanted to charge us an extra install fee to install our stove top and hood which came in before the oven. I called every week to nudge our salesperson and finally had to deal with the manager. In one day the manager found our oven and scheduled the install of all three items. The first install did not go well with a popped breaker that they thought fried the oven requiring an electrician to come out to check. The electrician called the installer "incompetent". The next oven installation went fine and finally we had all the items installed. It was an incredibly difficult and long process I will not repeat.

They had me pay to measure for new stovetop and wall oven. We ordered appliances and waited. We expected an extended wait so that was not a problem. They come out in day of install and have issues with size. Had to make some adjustments for the wall oven but took back stovetop back saying we'd need to reorder a different size. We go back in to discuss with sales associate and he leaves to talk over with a manager. Comes back and says that the will have to do some modification and they will be able to use stovetop ordered but will need to pay for modifications. Why did they come out to measure? We just needed a stovetop and agreed and rescheduled. Install was done but a size-able gap was left at the back between the stovetop and our tile. Installer says he'll need to order something and would reschedule. We hear nothing for over a month but then receive an email with an estimate for an outrageous amount to take care of the gap. Hell no! Never buying from them again. I'll figure something out for the gap.

We were very happy with the purchase of our new refrigerator from Idler's. Our sales person, Rob Scott was very helpful, the price was comparable to the box stores and the communication regarding delivery was great. We received a text about 30 minutes prior to that actual delivery and could track the delivery truck. Roberto did a nice quick job of bringing the refrigerator to our house and checking for any issues. Thank you- I highly recommend purchasing your appliances from Idler's!

This is my new favorite home appliance and furniture store!! The appliance salesman helped me find a perfect dishwasher and their installers were great! I love e that they put a water protection pan and sensor underneath it - I've never seen that before. They also do a wonderful job hauling away the old stuff - thank you! We're now waiting on a custom sofa bed sleeper. Can't wait to try the Palouse Z-cloud sleeper for guests - it looks soooo easy to pullout and put away!! This sofa sleeper costs much less than the one we were contemplating at Pottery Barn.

Came into Idler's just looking for a washer and dryer, but we ran into super sales person Daryle. she had good knowledge of her stock and was very personable to work with. In less than a week we were set up for installation for both a new washer and dryer. The crew came properly as promised quickly doing an excellent job and I'm about to start a few loads of laundry, thanks for all your help.. five stars

We went to the Santa Maria store to get a microwave, we told the salesman what we were looking for and he didn't seem interested in us purchasing there. We walked around the store and found exactly what we needed. He was able to make a sale of 3 microwaves without any effort, plus a trim kit for one of the microwaves that needed to be ordered. He called 2 weeks later to let us know it arrived, and we needed to pick that up at the warehouse. We drove 40 minutes within their hours of operation, to find the warehouse was Closed. When we called the store, we were told we needed to come back in the afternoon without any explanation of why. Then, the salesman said he would see what he can do and hang up abruptly. We waited 15+ minutes and no call back. We called again, the manager told us they will deliver for a charge, not a way to solve Their problem. I am very sad about what happened, as we like to support small businesses.

This home store has great selection of top line appliances and pleasant sales people. The dent room in the back often has treasures at a reasonable price. Always worth checking this store out if you need appliances. Bought several dishwashers over the years. Got a very nice range when we upgraded our kitchen as well. Picked up a great refrigerator and washer there for our granny unit. Delivery was prompt and guys were very pleasant and helpful

I can only speak of service on this post. I recieved my new Speen Queen washer for my parents Christmas gift this morning. The installation staff was great !! Pleasant, knowledgeable, and careful of both my old and new appliance. Rewind to when I was looking for a washer , Caleb helped me choose the right washer and what I was looking for within minutes. Pleasant and also knowledgeable of washers. I haven't used the washer yet. As I have only had it now for 2.5 hrs. Value ? As far as price , I don't think you'll get a lower price ever on Speed queens , but you get what you pay for ! By the way , I have used Idler's for both of my homes appliances!

Idlers has the best service I've ever experienced. We've had issues with our oven/cooktop but the service team has ALWAYS been out in a timely manner to repair it so don't think price is the only element in the overall equation since it's the "customer experience " & after sale that counts.
