I will compare the 99 Cents store to grocery outlet and say that it is best to shop around, have a budget, know which items are the amount that you can get with the budget including taxes, and stick to your budget. The same applies to Grocery Outlet. Depending on the items that you're using in terms of food, and other essentials , you might consider investing more of your budget to buy in bulk which is an option that you have with Grocery Outlet that you do not have with Dollar tree and the 99 Cents store. We are all feeling the pinch in our dollars and some times investing more on certain items that we regularly use makes sense. I would say that my strategy is comparing stores and seen which store offers the most bang for my buck. I use the Instacart app for a comparison for certain items and evaluate if it's a necessity or not.”
