Bought a 2019 CX-5 from Andrew Lopez. After some fair negotiations came to what I felt was a win/win agreement. My mechanic was 30 miles away and they let me take the car to them even with just a minimal deposit. Carmotive agreed to do some of the repairs and even went above and beyond to do some which the mechanic called out as optional. Only miss was not changing the transmission fluid, but that was offset by Carmotive doing other work so it was a net even. Its only been a day with the car, but the mechanic called the car solid so not worried.

I recently became aware of an experience my 19-year-old niece had with your dealership that raises significant safety concerns. She purchased a vehicle from your establishment, only to discover that it had no rear brake pads and severely worn front brake pads. When she returned to address the issue, she was told that the brakes merely needed cleaning, which was clearly not the case.
A month later, the car developed additional issues, further indicating that the vehicle was sold in an unsafe condition. This situation is deeply concerning, as it suggests a disregard for the safety of customers and other drivers on the road.
While I understand that no dealership is perfect, selling a vehicle with such critical safety flaws is unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure that other customers do not face similar risks.
Despite hearing multiple negative reviews about your dealership, I was surprised to see a 4.3 rating. This raises concerns that the rating may be artificially inflated, potentially through fictitious reviews from relatives or friends. Given the seriousness of the safety issues my niece experienced, a formal complaint has been filed with local consumer protection agencies and the Better Business Bureau.

Went to CarMotive not knowing what to expect and much to our surprise it was way better than any experience I have ever had at other car dealerships. This was quick fast clean and a wonderful deal and Andrew Lopez Junior did a fabulous job on the sale. No pressure many options. Everything was spectacular A+ five star rating.
