Awful service went to look for my daughters quinceanera dress. The lady that was working there, gave her magazines so that she could find the dress she wanted after flipping through a few magazines she said it looks like you can't find anything you should just go look somewhere else. I was very disappointed. Would not recommend the store to anyone zero patience for customers

I walked in and was immediately approached by a nice lady offering to help me. After I told her I needed to purchase my son's baptism outfit she proceeded to show me various outfits, then some baptism candle sets, and even the perfect shoes to match. I was in and out within 10 minutes. She was so helpful and I will definitely be back for future baptisms.

Terrible customer service, employee made very passive aggressive remarks, was very impatient and rude. Not to mention store is very unorganized and small variety to choose from. Definitely don't recommend I found other stores with better customer service and quality clothing somewhere else.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When i went to get my measurements for a bridesmaid dress the women taking my measurements kept making rude remarks towards my weight and measurements. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was amazed of how big and clean the store is.Big factor was...the staff were very helpful. I purchased a communion dress for my daughter and they made sure it fit her comfortably. Pricing was fair and they have a very large selection compared to other stores.

Over priced!There are hidden fees that are NOT included in the receipt...The lady told me 39.99 then the following day I went back and she charged me 49.99.....RIDICULOUS Please save yourself your money and go somewhere else.

If I could give it a negative rating I would! The lady ripped us off because she knew we were in a bind, we only had one week notice to baptize my grand daughter. We had gone to several stores and could not find a nice dress. This shop had better selection but pricey, she quoted us one price and the next day we went to pick it up we asked if she could go down on the price and she said she wouldn't charge tax. I pulled out the amount quoted the day before and she said the price was higher because now she wasn't charging tax. This lady must think I don't know math, it was cheaper to pay the original price with tax than what she was now asking for. We went back and forth and not only was she over charging but she was rude too. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not an honest place. This lady will pull a fast one on you, be careful and don't try to negotiate cuz she will charge you more. To the CEO, not only did your employee lie to us she has also lied to you. That is not what happened. She quoted me $80 the 1st I went, the next day when I went to purchase the dress I asked if she could go down on the price and she said she would not charge tax. When. Was time to pay, the price jumped from $80 to 89. When I told her she had said the dress was $80. She then said she had to charge me more because she wasn't charging tax, that where the math comes in. It would be cheaper to pay tax in $80 than to pay the 89. So yes, you have a very dishonest employee unless that's how you do business as well. And I never once raised my voice at her, I was with my daughter and grand daughter and there was also another lady there, I just told her that what she was doing was wrong and that she should stand by what she said and not treat customers like they're idiots. I am disappointed in your response as an owner but I understand you were misinformed by your own employee, I would not trust her to run my store.UpdateThank you so much Mr. Silva! I am so sorry you had to waste your time going through the cameras to figure out what happened, I'm sure you have better things to do.
