Check-in at the guard shack. If there is no dock available then you have to exit the property and they will call you. Docks are inside the building. Small area for backing.

terrible customer service, too many things to list, anybody reading this knows what I'm talking about. Inside and out. Take your money elsewhere, its not worth it. Some of the employees including the store director Alberto showed one of the worst displays of customer service in human history. I'll mention one thing to depart, who has a recycle center in a grocery store parking lot??

People in the restaurant are rude and arrogant. Woman behind the counter refused to give me a bag for my purchase. So I asked I could buy one but she responded "there's no way of ringing it up. This is not the first instance of there rude discriminatory attitude.

The Superior market on 103rdand Avalon-the store parking lot is being used as swap meet ,which takes parking away from customers.The food vendors and sellers are blocking entrances.

Terrible attitude and the service it's getting worse. Saturday we were there at the Fontana Store and the line looks like we were taking a ride at an amusement park, finally they opened another register, got our groceries on the conveyor belt, and the register was out of service. Got to put back all our groceries in the cart and move to another register. Got the an the conveyor belt was so dirty with detergent and the cashier Karina seen the belt so dirty wanted us to place our groceries on the conveyer belt ...I told her I'm not placing my food on the belt like that, you need to clean it..She look at me like I'm not cleaning anything, so I complaint to the lead or manager and the cashier Karina with her attitude took her sweet time and did some cleaning but there was still residous of detergent on the edges and the belt it self.. I was about to have her ring all the groceries and walk away...I was so angry.Don't shop here ....you better off going to Cardenas.

1 hour to get meat, and when asked to talk to management, she said it will take as long as the will. They're looking at each other and no worries in the world. That's their way of doing business according to Tina their manager.

I asking the lady at registrar line 1,can speak store mangers about why is the( two] long line why I ask manger because of this(..I'm disabled I can stand to long in line).she had no customers skills at all. She told in a Rude way the manager is on lunch. .then ask shift manger there is nobody . .Then she call a coworker then I ask him call speak manager and reply by tell me that he said store manger he straight out lied to myface ...o( because if he was he would have store manager. This is market off and on for 15yrs.Never be treatedl ike this. im call corporate of superior market in moring...Sincerely Frank Richard Cervantes

Not sure about weekdays but they are extremely fast on a Saturday got me in out in 20 mins with 10 pallets. Parking can be tight if they have more trucks.

I was hired at a rate of $15 dollars per hour to do security Superior Grocers in North Hollywood and Pacoima. I worked 11/3/20 and 11/4/20 at Superior Grocers. I worked a total of 16 hours at Superior Grocers. I'm requesting to be paid $240 dollars for my work.
