Everything is very slow. The yard is cramped, you will most likely damage the trailer. The security theater complicates entry and exit times due to lazy workers. Entry and exit from different sides. Overall, not the worst place, but if there are loads on other facilities, then it’s better not to come here. If you are picking up a loaded trailer from this yard, when you open the doors for delivery, it is better to turn on the video recording, these guys do not install straps and the load may fall, and you pick up the trailer closed with the set force. Therefore, be careful. Their facilities in another state will write anything to avoid admitting their mistake. Take a photo of the doors being closed and immediately shoot a video upon delivery. I assure you, it may come in handy.

OPs Always check your trailer before leaving the facility. They will scratch the sides while they are backing up in the dock and or in the yard.

Really? Only 1 BOL is given due to "security reasons"? You always need 2 copies. One for the customer, 1 for the driver. Yes, it's not too hard to go somewhere else and make a copy, but how cheap can you get? I highly doubt this is for "security reasons" but just a funny attempt to save a few pennies. Litterally no one else does this anywhere ?

in this place the employees have no respect for other customers and employees. Today I had a conflict with an employee of this company, due to the fact that he handed over my documents to a stranger. I arrived for delivery and brought the goods, registered and received a package of documents that I handed over to the company employee for signature. after unloading, he had to sign and return the document to me. But my documents were given to the person. And they gave me only a copy and did not want to sign even this copy.

Driver you have been warned, for live load here, You got to park at their drop yard and then walk long way to the receiving office, you wait for dock, my appointment is 8 and it’s 11 now no dock yet. Bring ur lunch and prepare to wait

Zero star for the check in office. They will let you wait at least 30 minutes to get a dock. Only because they will send a email to warehouse. And wait they email back. Very slow. Other staff are professional service
