Very welcoming vibe. They were attentive and ready to answer any questions while not being overbearing, and I was in their store for a while ? when I did need help, they were very kind and we had a great conversation.

The store is awesome but the young woman behind the counter was very rude. I was asking her about one of their services and she begins to talk over me mid sentence to another customer. As if I wasn't waiting for a long time already for her to get off her personal conversation with a friend. She CONTINUES to have a full on conversation with him while I'm standing right in-front of her. At this point I'm fed up and leave. I mean you are at "work" right. I left feeling really angry I'm sure anyone would have felt the same way if it was them. Hope she really does quit as she mentioned in her really loud conversation. It is what it is.

Fantastic experience. They have the best selection I've ever seen, and they are friendly, knowledgable, and no pressure salespeople. I loved spending time browsing and adore the crystals I purchased. Very highly recommend.

Big selection of rocks and minerals/Crystal's. Mom has dementia she actually noticed the small Crystal's in the Carnelian she is holding.
