I worked with Morgan from sales and Kali in finance on the purchase of a new Ford 150 Lightning. Both of these folks were extremely professional and no nonsense. Morgan kept me updated throughout Ford's manufacturing process for the truck, and gave me lot's of great information prior to the sale. Including making sure I had full visibility on all taxes, fees, rebates, and financing available.When I got to the dealership, Morgan efficiently ran me through a couple warranty and maintenance plans, and after I let them know I wouldn't need those, Kali in finance swiftly completed the paperwork with me. She had everything already printed and ready to go, she was expert at guiding me through each place I had to sign, and then we were done!Morgan meanwhile was outside cleaning the windows, installed the front license plate and making sure the truck was ready for me to drive away. He even took the time to show me some of his favorite features on the truck, and then I drove off. Seriously the most painless car buying experience I've had across German luxury cars, Japanese imports and now Fords. Really impressed and would go again to this dealer.

From the car buying experience, which was so open, honest and easy, to most recently having their Mobile Service come to my house to service my Ford, just WOW!! So easy!!I am a busy business woman/and mother, with very little free time. Really great experience. Looking at Broncos. They are hard to find and was surprised they had one available to purchase. Despite not being ready to buy today, the salesperson (Mo) didn't hesitate to let me test drive it. I was grateful for his patience with my babbling storytelling and the knowledge he demonstrated in answering my endless questions. Very honest and straightforward answers. No BS or pressure to buy. Left feeling comfortable buying from them in the future. I think this was a great way to start the process and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

I found the used 2017 F-250 6.7 Lariat with an 8' bed I had been looking for at North Bay Ford online, it had a Carfax that made it easy to go through prior owners and service intervals. I reached out online asking if it was still available, I received a response back shortly after from Mauricio Alej, stating it was still available. I stated I was interested but I was leaving town on Wednesday and would be back on Friday, he said he would send a message if it was still available. On Friday when I landed a message was on my phone stating the truck was still there. I talked to Mauricio, and we set up a time to meet on Saturday at North Bay Ford.Mauricio was gracious when we arrived, the truck was everything that was clearly stated in the online ad, there was no derogatory surprises, the test drive was perfect. Mauricio and I negotiated a price that was fair for both of us, he produced backup on prices of comparable vehicles that were currently for sale for comparison. He did compromise and sweetened the deal filling up the gas tank with Diesel. The doc signing was painless, Mauricio worked hard to get the best rate for me, and I was out the door on my way home to Vacaville in short time.In closing, Mauricio and North Bay Ford did exactly what he said they would do, I would not hesitate to make that drive to do business with him again.Jeff OliverVacaville Ca.

First time Ford owner and I got a recall on my airbags, so I called and set up an appointment, super easy to make an appointment. Next huge shout out to the fact they help supply Uber so you can get home. So far I'm a happy customer.

We have been looking for a car for our son ,and have been test driving cars in San Jose & Santa Cruz. We went to North Bay Ford to check out their Bronco & truck selection , and were greeted by the wonderful sales team ,Alejandro & Sebastian who helped us with our questions & their knowledge of the current vehicles . After test driving & discussing the options that my son was offered. he decided that he felt comfortable with one of the cars that he had driven.Alejandro , was so helpful, knowledgeable & must of all , treated us like family without any pressure. Thank you "Northbay Ford " for your fantastic service & helping to make buying a car so fun! P.S.This is our third car from this dealer !

If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. I am so disappointed with North Bay Ford. I brought my car in after white smoke was coming from my exhaust. A friend said that it's most likely exhaust or fuel injector leak. I took it to NBF and let them know what was going on and that I also needed my 100,000 mile service (which includes changing spark plugs). I got a call that my car was done and that there was nothing wrong with the engine and they flushed my transmission. Great! Picked up my car!I drive from Santa Cruz to Santa Clara 5 days a week. 4,000 miles later, I start noticing the smoke again. I also noticed that the car was just not sounding or driving smooth. I scheduled to go in for an oil change and have the engine checked out/diagnostic check. They did an oil change, topped off all fluids and said I needed tires. I was not able to get a diagnostic check because there was no mechanic on site. They said they didn't have the tires in stock but that they could do it when I dropped it off on Monday and be done on Tuesday. Dropped it off and they hooked me up with a rental which was nice. The following day I get a call saying the following: I need new tires. They already replaced them and that there are a slew of other things wrong, crack in the head gasket, cracked cylinder head, radiator leak, exhaust leak, oil and fuel leak. And that's just short of an engine replacement that would cost $9000 plus. They quoted me approximately $6000. I said that I would have liked to have been told the issues before you put the tires on. I don't have $6,000. I took my ford to a private mechanic and Ford didn't even replace my SPARK PLUGS!!! They were very old! I am pissed! Granted there are issues but if I took it in to get checked out, why didn't I get an actual diagnosis. I was going to pay for it. I got nothing. Skip the service department at North Bay Ford.

I've been going to North Bay Ford since I moved to Santa Cruz County. The main face of the service department has to be Wayne L.He's such a sweetheart & always has a smile on his face.The whole staff is great to be honest! (wish I would've gotten all the names)They definitely go above and beyond to try to get your vehicle in and out in a timely manner.

Needed several replacement items (tires, brakes, starter, coolant overflow tank) for my mustang. Service was performed flawlessly and in the timeframe promised. Car runs like new!

I've been robbed. The service center doesn't seem trustworthy or have reasonable prices. I had several warnings come up on the console on my 2019 F-150, and I brought it in to have the codes checked and reset, as it is most likely just because of the tire change. That morning, the tech wasn't there, so I had to wait most of the day for someone to even look at it. They then charged me $290 just to do diagnostics. They claimed there was a broken brake sensor, and their report says that the reset the system. When I got the truck, all of the warning lights were still on, so the problem wasn't fixed. I paid them $600 for nothing. They refused to give me my money back, and only refunded me for the diagnostics. Additionally, I called several times, and no one answered the phone.
