If you want the job don't well and in a timely manner DO NOT go to North Bay Ford. I've been here a dozen times because it's near my house, and I have regretted every time I've been. I also bought my truck from here new and I've already had 5 problems with it.

Luis and the sales department at North Bay Ford provided me with an easy and smooth purchase of my newest car a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Volt. Last Sunday during the wild wind swept storm a limb from the redwood tree in my front yard demolished my sweet 2008 Prius. I needed a car as our insurance company was quick to settle and would only provide a week of replacement transportation. We were first looking at a Prius but didn't like the pricing. We new we wanted a hybrid and the search led us to the Chevy Volt. What a pleasant surprise. I saw one listed over the hill and test drove it. It was a 2016 with lots of miles and issues and no warranty. That night I saw the newly listed Volt on Carfax and it was being sold by North Bay in Santa Cruz. I called NB and Luis answered the call. He seemed eager to help and I was there the next morning inspecting the car. It was super clean, without dings and appeared to be in perfect condition. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it. To his surprise I declined and said to him, "Let's go in and try to make a deal". We quickly agreed on a price and soon I was driving my Volt home. Oh, did I mention that it came with a 4 month, 3,000 mile warranty? I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

Listen - you need to buy a Ford at North Bay Ford. I had the easiest car buying experience in MY LIFE at this dealership. Imad was my sales person - he was SO friendly, kind and helpful when we first landed in the parking lot. Already helping another family with a Maverick, he excused himself to come over to say hello and ask what we were looking for. I immediately told him we weren't buying today - but came over the hill to test drive their 2 door Bronco. I gave him my license, he came back to get my cell number - and my bf and I were off for a test drive while he continued to help his other customer. Every step of the way he was ensuring we were getting what we needed as we walked the lot. Getting us another key for a used vehicle to test, etc. We left that day with a great feeling about Imad and also the dealership. The next day, after crunching the numbers, I made a decision and texted Imad I would be back in a few hours. When I arrived from over the hill, the 2 door was washed, looking pretty and ready to go!! We talked for a bit, looked over the vehicle again, and I decided it was time to sit down in the Finance office. Well, Kelly - was the most amazing, not hard sell, honest person I've ever dealt with in purchasing a car. Informative, helpful, fun. It was just a great experience (and quick as she could) to get me the BEST deal for my vehicle. I had money to put down, AND she found me a lower rate than my two banks!!! I cannot say enough about my salesperson, IMAD, and KELLY in finance. Imad walked me through how things would go, was knowledgeable with everything on the lot and answered each and every question I had. AMAZING experience. Please - go to this dealership and find out for yourself....

If I could give 0 stars, I would which is unfortunate because in the past I had excellent experiences here. I had my daughters car towed here. First, I was never called or updated about her car. It was there for 4 days and I called daily. This is shocking to me because when I did call I was told "oh we don't really know what is going on and our diagnostic tech won't be in for a few days." Umm ok. Then I was told my my 5th service advisor in the last 2 years, Wayne that "could me a head gasket, might need a new engine: we don't really know yet. And yeah, it'll be like, I don't know, $4k to $7k". And, he told me this chuckling. It's a 2016 mustang Ecoboost so this was not a laughing matter, it's devastating to hear news like this. I told them not to touch my car. I had it towed to Watsonville Lincoln Ford and was called when my car arrived, went over details of the process, asked if I had any questions, asked if I had an after market warranty that might cover some or all of the work.....my 15 min phone call with them was night and day from my horrible experience with North Bay Ford. Oh and I forgot to mention that when I got there to meet the tow truck driver, the girls in the front office ignored me for 5 minutes cuz they were on the internet laughing and watching a video. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I will NEVER go back. I was actually looking at a new car to purchase from them and that is definitely not happening!

Easily the worst Ford dealership that I've contacted. After moving to the area I've called for several weeks about an issue with my vehicle. Each time I was redirected and told that I'd receive a call back within the week but never heard back. The staff were very rude and unhelpful.

I worked with Morgan from sales and Kali in finance on the purchase of a new Ford 150 Lightning. Both of these folks were extremely professional and no nonsense. Morgan kept me updated throughout Ford's manufacturing process for the truck, and gave me lot's of great information prior to the sale. Including making sure I had full visibility on all taxes, fees, rebates, and financing available. When I got to the dealership, Morgan efficiently ran me through a couple warranty and maintenance plans, and after I let them know I wouldn't need those, Kali in finance swiftly completed the paperwork with me. She had everything already printed and ready to go, she was expert at guiding me through each place I had to sign, and then we were done! Morgan meanwhile was outside cleaning the windows, installed the front license plate and making sure the truck was ready for me to drive away. He even took the time to show me some of his favorite features on the truck, and then I drove off. Seriously the most painless car buying experience I've had across German luxury cars, Japanese imports and now Fords. Really impressed and would go again to this dealer.

Alejandro, I called like you asked and was told Carmen would call me back, this did not happen, which honestly is consistent with my entire interaction with your service department. I notice the 12 volt battery on my car was allowed to die over the 4 weeks the service department had my car. If you wanted to rectify this situation you could replace the battery.

Great dealer! Mauricio is an excellent salesman. When I bring my car for service I have a wonderful experience. The mobile service is also and A+ extremely convenient. This is definitely the right place. Great cars, great staff!

I can't say enough about how wonderful and truly helpful this whole dealership is. From the car buying experience, which was so open, honest and easy, to most recently having their Mobile Service come to my house to service my Ford, just WOW!! So easy!! I am a busy business woman/and mother, with very little free time. North Bay Ford's Mobile Service now offers Oil Changes and services in the convenience of my own home or business- They come to you! I'm truly grateful for how easy North Bay Ford makes servicing my car! Thank you North Bay Ford!

Clearly they are taking advantage of the inexperienced students in the area. They charged my son $350 for taking his car on a test drive and looking at his hood latch. Neither one of the two issues he was having was fixed. The woman (Ashley) in the service department said the charge was going to originally be $500, but she gave him a discount! He now has to start over with another mechanic. Beware of the service department at this location. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint as I can see from the Yelp reviews that my son is not the only one they've done this to.

The girls and guys at North Bay Ford are amazing!! They will take care of all your needs and get you in and out quickly. Marcus and Carmen are very attentive to your needs. Callie and Alejandro are amazing to work with if you have any desire to buy a new car go see North Bay Ford.

Really great experience. Looking at Broncos. They are hard to find and was surprised they had one available to purchase. Despite not being ready to buy today, the salesperson (Mo) didn't hesitate to let me test drive it. I was grateful for his patience with my babbling storytelling and the knowledge he demonstrated in answering my endless questions. Very honest and straightforward answers. No BS or pressure to buy. Left feeling comfortable buying from them in the future. I think this was a great way to start the process and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness.

I found the used 2017 F-250 6.7 Lariat with an 8' bed I had been looking for at North Bay Ford online, it had a Carfax that made it easy to go through prior owners and service intervals. I reached out online asking if it was still available, I received a response back shortly after from Mauricio Alej, stating it was still available. I stated I was interested but I was leaving town on Wednesday and would be back on Friday, he said he would send a message if it was still available. On Friday when I landed a message was on my phone stating the truck was still there. I talked to Mauricio, and we set up a time to meet on Saturday at North Bay Ford. Mauricio was gracious when we arrived, the truck was everything that was clearly stated in the online ad, there was no derogatory surprises, the test drive was perfect. Mauricio and I negotiated a price that was fair for both of us, he produced backup on prices of comparable vehicles that were currently for sale for comparison. He did compromise and sweetened the deal filling up the gas tank with Diesel. The doc signing was painless, Mauricio worked hard to get the best rate for me, and I was out the door on my way home to Vacaville in short time. In closing, Mauricio and North Bay Ford did exactly what he said they would do, I would not hesitate to make that drive to do business with him again. Jeff Oliver Vacaville Ca.

First time Ford owner and I got a recall on my airbags, so I called and set up an appointment, super easy to make an appointment. Next huge shout out to the fact they help supply Uber so you can get home. So far I'm a happy customer.
