Horribly run establishment. Physically showed up to this location due to a problem with 2 products I had purchased previously. The person working behind the counter said nothing could be done that day because the manager, Mia, wasn't there. Provided contact information and heard nothing. It took a month of constantly trying to get in touch with Mia before we just gave up. This isn't even problem with their inventory, but rather with their non-existent customer service. Don't give them your money because it's all they care about.

Felicia was amazing!! They were so much help. We had some trouble with a product we came back and explained what the issue was. Felicia walked us through our options to make sure we had a better experience. They suggested some fun things for us to do too! The place was clean and the person at the register made the whole experience so much fun and educational.

First time there to go play in the back. Very nice girl, Gerry, was working the front made me feel comfortable.$10 to get into the arcade area and then you feed the machines. I will have to explore more to find out when the busy times are.

James was very kind, friendly, helpful and informative.Wide selection of materials, but no Bad Dragon brand toys I was keen on.Looking forward to happy hour arcade booths 7-9pm, although apparently the only movie renting booth is broken.
