Everyone was very polite and answered all our questions. It was hard to find the place (their sign was tucked in in a big lot, off a dirt road), but I called them about location and they answered the phone right away.Thank you for being nice !!!

My motorcycle broke down on what couldn't have been a worse possible day and so I pulled out my "trusty" AAA card and proceeded with that circus of automation and tail chasing until I could get on the phone with a "real person" who apparently just reads everything from a script. Nevertheless, I continued with the call against my better judgement. when they told me estimated time was 2.5 hours and I proceeded to ask if there was any way to get a better idea(like maybe calling the tow company and just asking?) they just continued to regurgitate the same scripted information... waste of time... so I thought screw it. I looked online and the closest tow company was Dogherras. It was after office hours for them but I tried my luck anyways. A gentleman answered the phone, quoted me the cost of recovery and told me he could be there in about 30 mins. PERFECT, LETS ROLL! He actually showed up in about 15 mins, was very friendly, loaded up my bike and we headed on down the road. I would highly recommend Dogherras towing to anybody in the Santa Cruz area that needs a recovery. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced.

Stopped in to setup an RV storage deposit. I trimmed just right to get a spot. Happy to know the roof will be well cared for while in storage.

Well, having a conversation with someone that has the brains of a brick is not always easy. I was told that the price would have been cheeper if I was there earlier and would cost more tomorrow. Profound information. Finding out these costs took a lot of effort. But, it doesn't take a lot of brains to drive around and hook up cars.I didn't call to see how much it could have costed...

My sister in law got into an accident - her fault - and only had liability insurance, so her car damages were not covered. Gonzalez Towing picked up the car and took it to their lot. The car was totaled and a loss for my sister in law - who had no idea what to do with the car or how to get rid of it. We called Martin and he worked with us and we made an excellent agreement on the disposal of the car and it was done in no time. I highly recommend Martin and his company.

My car needed to be dragged up a 100 ft. driveway lined with trees. The tow truck drive was very conscious that the cad did not get damaged and treated the car as if it was his. Very impressed with his professionalism.

The battery was up and running. The young man suggested I have it checked right away. I'm so glad he told me to, because I did need a new one. I would have been stranded again without his advice. He was very polite and efficient. If I had your number I would call for you again. Kaye Kaminski.

Your service dude was super cool and efficient. He brought me fuel, "3 gallons", and jumped my car. However, in a car that gets 27 mpg, mine, I ran of fuel again, yes I said again, after only 13 miles. I'm still laughing because I ran out of fuel at the brewery in the same parking lot add the fueling station. Awesome!!!

This may be my second post because I am not sure if my other one was published. I received excellent service from this provider. The wait time was a bit long, but nothing too distressing. The technician was very friendly, efficient, calm, and cordial. He had us in our car and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I didn't experience the automated system that others are reviewing because I went through my insurance company, but at the time of night we had no problems with the provider.
