I always have good experiences shopping at AutoZone but this time they sucked. I bought a wheel bearing, pressed it in and it wound up being the wrong bearing. I called at 7:50 and told them I was coming in, and as I pulled the parking lot at 7:59, they were locking the door. They could have sold me the part but refused. Don't expect them to do anything to help out in a pinch. So I went there first thing the next day to get the part they said they had, to be told they did not have it. Never again AutoZone Water st Santa Cruz!

I really love autozone from the start of a project to the finish they are there for you. They will print out helpful papers on whatever project you're working on . Also if it's the wrong part it's easy to return.l as long as you have proof of purchase.

Get to the store where they sell all the spare parts and accessories. The place is spacious and pleasant. The customer service staff is efficient and quality because they explain things well to the customer and also advise them. They are very friendly and everyone is willing to help anyone who needs help. What you really need is to be congratulated because they have that attitude towards their customers, and they are all very accessible and most of them are bilingual, which is why they have a large clientele and everyone trusts the parts they sell with a guarantee. They get all kinds of spare parts you need as soon as possible, they are friendly to your vehicle.

I was a ride a long er, so I didn't have a list of stuff to get. So I wandered aimlessly. Kinda fun. Poked at some stuff and then went and helped my friend out. The people that work at this AutoZone are super nice and helpful. They stick with you and make you feel like your getting more personal service. It's nice.
