Rented an item around 11am and returned it 5hrs later. They weren't going to rent it again that day even if I returned it after 4hrs. They could've given me the 4hr rate but instead charged me for an entire day. I would understand if it had a chance to get rented again after I returned it but it was not going to happen that late in the day. Not to mention the last hour I had it I was sitting in traffic trying to get back to their yard. It was a weak move by them to squeeze some more money from me. They also gave little to no instructions for the equipment.Look elsewhere if you want to rent equipment.

The place to go in greater Santa Cruz area for any of those equipment needs that are too expensive to buy for using a couple of times. Friendly service.

I would avoid this place. If you're going to present yourself as a legitimate business, start acting like it. My last two rentals where a total waste of money. Need a tool or a trailer? Go here. Location is excellent. Team is super efficient and always has time for my bonehead weekend warrior questions. Refreshing to find that the only shop in town doesn't act or treat customers like they're the only shop in town.

I'm tired of being in a line of 100 cars stretching from Santa Cruz all the way to Felton because your drivers do 30 MPH max on Graham Hill. If you can't drive up a hill, then go through Scotts Valley and take the freeway. I just watched this company ruin the Friday morning commute for dozens of people. THINK! 8:30 AM is not the time to crawl over Graham Hill. I give 1 star because the drivers are selfish, self-centered, and self-serving. It's their world, and we better just accept they're going to ruin our days from time to time. Bogus business. Will not support.
