I tried to get away with stealing some skittles. I got caught and the Indian lady jumped over the counter pinned me to the ground and started cutting all my hair off. I cried as hard as I can to the point where I almost died but the lady wouldn’t stop. People were walking in and out but no one helped me. Then, once she cut all my hair off she started stomping my face repeatedly and broke my nose. I am not writing a review to tell people that this shop is a bad place to shop at, this is a warning to everyone

No one should patronize this place. The clientele and drug addicts hanging out in front are bad enough. Pretty much everyone behind the counter is dismissive and rude. More than that - I recently discovered someone has been skimming my bank account. It's pretty much been traced back to this place, back in 2002. Yeah, it's pretty stupid of me to have not noticed. That doesn't excuse the thievery. Basically, they skimmed my RFID from the pin pad and got my pin from the camera. SO, f this place and all those people. If I find out that I have legal recourse against this place and owner - I will go for the maximum.

This 7-11 store is a dump, dirty and smells bad. Apparently , they don’t care about Customers. Checkers are constantly talking to each other and don’t give a damn about you. Not coming back!

This 7-Eleven is pretty ghetto, as far as the location goes. There's always junkies outside. They have to keep straws and lids behind the counter. Hella getto. However, staff is really sweet. They're all cool, and tolerant. Usually a big line . Owner is way cool. He went way above and beyond and delivered my refund in person when my gift card receipt was too faded to see. Super cool of him.

I used to go to 711 whenever I wanted vanilla bean ice cream in the brand select, they no longer carry it which means I probably will not be stopping by there any, which is almost a relief because the parking is Gastly it's a tiny parking lot and there are entrances from each side and everybody's just crowded in it's ridiculous

I was starving and I seen the taquitos, they looked good and hot but when I got my taquito it was so cold. I was very disappointed, do not get the food here. The service was also bad, one of the lady's asked us if we had an id in order for her to open the liquid fridge. LIKE OBVIOUSLY IF IM GOING TO BUY LIQUOR I HAVE AN ID !

The two lady’s working tonight 8/13/23 approx 10:15pm are two beautiful respectable women who not only want to first and foremost do right by their job and company but also took the time and showed true class and admirable character by taking the time to make contact with whom they needed to in upper management to kindly address a situation for the customer ahead of us, who runs a local business also on ocean st, over a minor company technicality regarding completed transactions and exchanges, they followed through providing fast fair honest upstanding kind hearted and professional service. They did right by both business and customer and they need to know that it did not go unnoticed and that kind of kindness is contagious and bravo! Much love n respect for those amazing employees!!! I was so happy when I saw the outcome of that transaction…it’s the little things in life that can make a big impact for some of us … it’s good karma and I’m proud of them dang it lol times are tough… stay strong
