The staff always aims to seek the best pricing option for my medications, especially when my insurance is being a bit picky. They're quick to refill, have a good mobile text program, and polite if you have any questions. I got my vaccines here and they were lovely and gentle. They are often understaffed so the line gets long but they do their absolute best to juggle all of their tasks and are kind with impatient people.

I spend 30 minutes making 2 appointments online to get Covid Boosters at this Vons pharmacy and when we got there the pharmacist decided not to honor our appointments. I was told by her very nice assistant that they only made a certain amount of the vaccine daily which apparently didn't include ours, even though we had appointments. I wouldn't bother with the issue except that the pharmacist didn't seem interested in us as human beings since we stood there for over 10 minutes as she walked by repeatedly without acknowledging our presence. Somehow I knew things wouldn't go as planned. Luckily Rite Aid across the parking lot accommodated us with a "hello" and walk-in vaccine availability, which included 6 at-home Covid tests and 6 (n-19) masks. GO RITe AID!!! Service is everything!

Made a 10:15 am vaccination appointment at the pharmacy and arrived at 10:00. I was made to wait with all the walk-ins and received my shot at 10:47, (plus the 15 minute wait afterwards). I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE. Especially when there is a professional Rite-Aid pharmacy in the same strip mall location. Why should I return to a retailer that gave me horrible service?

Poorly run store with awful employees and mediocre selection but worse of all they don't honor the prices listed ... they do a hair and switch once at the register which is illegal so I reported them today and now refuse to go back. Once or twice could be a glitch but repeatedly trying to overcharge and then when shown it's wrong vs what's on shelf they refused to honor advertised price.

So how many people out there have been ripped off by Vons delivery Service? i.e. not received the order then hung up on when asking for credit. This happened to us once at the start of Covid and now again over this weekend. I have been Covid Positive sine 11/15. My fiance (she is in CO, I'm in CA) ordered things for me. case of Gatorade, water, soups, crackers, orange juice, few other items. Etc. The said it would be delivered around 500pm Friday 11/20. It wasn't, not, 600, not 700. My Fiance called they said it was out for delivery should be there at 800pm. Still no delivery. Mind you she was on the phone for 45min. Next day Saturday 11/21, she calls waits 45 minutes and they say it will be about 500pm. She asked why could it be sooner and got a nasty, "because it cant". Now I have been battling mid 102 fevers for over 4 days and I am down to my last few items, like Gatorade, water, soup. And I can barely get up out of bed. 500 comes around, nothing, 6, 7, 8 still nothing. She calls waits another 45 minutes. She asks them to cancel the order and credit her because now im just going to take my sick a** to the store and get what I need. They hang the phone up on her. I shuffle into the door, bundled up and shivering to get what I need. I ask the manager. To speak for a min. I tell him what happened and he replies that isn't his problem. Well duh.. I was trying to make him aware that its happening, he really didnt care. So as of now I have not received my delivery and she has not received her credit

Today I was waiting in line to pay and I heard AALIYAH call "next" for cashier 4, so I start walking and then she stops me and says NO. There was no one behind me or in front of me and then all of a sudden she says that I can't go because I wasn't waiting in the right line. I was clearly waiting and she never told me to get in the right line. Aaliyah was rude and gave me attitude. If she saw me waiting in the wrong line, then she should have told me. The whole time she kept arguing with me. AALIYAH should quit her job if she doesn't know how to communicate and be polite. ALIYAH YOURE A B*****

This review is regarding the deli department. No doubt this store is really nice but the Deli department needs to be re-trained on food safety. I hold my breath every time I order deli meats that need to be sliced. The machines always have dried up meat sitting on the bed of the machine. It's not cleaned off. I have complained to the manager several times and it never changes. Today the deli person comes out of the back with gloves on which were wet, doesn't even change them out. I watched as he didn't even put paper down on the bed of the machine. With the same gloves he was wearing was catching the meat as it sliced. I said excuse me but can you put paper down on the bed its got old dried up food on there. He answers back 'I'm catching it before it falls' Actually it was hanging off his hand. I didn't know what else to say but never mind, I'll buy somewhere else. So incredibly gross and unsafe. As I said, I have complained to the store manager before but nothing changes. I live close by and that's where I shop. I really should call the health department so they can pay a visit to the store and give them a C rating, maybe then things might change. This manager should listen to the complaints and then make sure this doesn't happen because its gross and unsafe to prepare food like this and sell it.

Get your steak else where! Most employees are pretty nice which is why I'm grading with 3 stars, but mostly this review is for their steaks. Definitely go somewhere else. The meat is poor quality and way over priced. I always get ribeye and my husband gets filets and their meats aren't as juicy as they should be. My ribeye cooked rare had zero juice and was hard to chew and was the fattiest piece they had. My husbands filet was a little better but for spending almost $50 for two pieces I was pretty unhappy. Way over priced for mediocre meat.

We moved to the area less than 2 years ago from OC. This is by far my favorite grocery store. Initially they felt overpriced to other grocery stores, but the store cleanliness, nice staff and beautiful produce section kept drawing me back. Now I also know how to get my groceries for the same price and even better... less! using their app and in-store promos. For example- the super low price when you buy 5? That's applied to everything running that promo in the store. You don't have to buy 5 of that item. You can buy one of 10 different things and get the low price on all of them. I save so much on that promo alone! Everyone that checks me out is always so nice! Even thru the pandemic and probably dealing with a lot of upset/stressed out and so forth customers, the staff is always so sweet!
