Excellent customer service care from the moment I walk in to the moment I received my abdominal ultrasound! I had the pleasure of meeting the Ultrasound Technician Amy who was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and soft spoken. Amy goes above and beyond when it comes to providing such professional services… she continued throughout the whole process making sure I was okay. The ultrasound was extremely comfortable and her caring ways were very much appreciated! I received a call today from Jayme! She was also excellent extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! What a wonderful and caring set of employees over there! I highly recommend! Please recognize your awesome team of employees, it is because of them that patients like me are so very grateful for!

This is the most unprofessional office. The radiology tech made fun of patients to the receptionist in front of patients in the waiting room. Then made fun of a patient's weight while giving them a CT scan and saying "I hope the machine doesn't collapse and break" to the patient before the scan. Disgusting service. Do not go here. The woman's name is Amy

Extremely rude blonde radiology tech. She had no problem making fun of her patients medical history to her coworkers, loud enough for the entire lobby full of people to hear. Her attitude of mocking her patients and comments made towards them directly was shocking and unprofessional. Disgusting behavior for someone of her profession.

This place scheduled me for an MRI. However, upon arrival we learned that their MRI machine was broken for a week. They told us to wait for 30 minutes and it would be working and then they told us it would be working four hours later maybe. I would recommend going to the place looking at the MRI machine make sure it's working and then schedule your appointment so then you can have your MRI done. Also, the receptionist at the front should also know if the machines are working that would be helpful for everyone so you can enjoy your day.

These girls are so professional and fast and everytime I schedule I don't have to wait weeks before getting in. I have been here about six times from X-Rays to MRI's and it has always been a place where I will definitely come back.

From what stems from an absolute nightmare of an experience as a child, I am extremely claustrophobic. UMI did their absolute best to make sure they listen and addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend them for any images needed.

I had to go back for an MRI and considering how unhelpful my doctor's office was, I am super grateful the people I was talking to at this place worked through things with me. They helped me figure out my insurance and the cost of a copay vs cash (I went cash as it was cheaper). Everything went well with the MRI and the employee was great in making sure I was comfortable and would remain so for the duration of the procedure.

Customer service from some of you're staff is horrible. On the phone asking for someone to help in another language was in issue . Shocking .....because ones I got to the office we overheard several of you're staff speaking another language . In person they don't greet you or anything also while waiting in the waiting room we were able to hear them complain about the phone calls they we're receiving making complaints about the patients on the phone . Since the job is in the front desk you should have people who can deal with difficult patients in difficult situations. That's what customer service stands for .

The receptionist was courteous and efficient. I had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes and I thought that was reasonable. My x-ray tech was fast and polite. I recommend this place

Had a Wonderful experience here today. From the time I called for an appointment and the CT scan procedure. All staff were knowledgeable and supportive. Felt very at ease with CT tech Leonard who always made sure I understood each scan and positioning. All staff were very pleasant and reassuring! Thank you so much!
