The Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of College of the Canyons, a California community college located in Santa Clarita in northern Los Angeles County. The $18.3-million facility boasts a spectacular 7,500-square-foot proscenium stage with a state-of-the-art sound system and 886 seats, as well as the experimental Black Box Theater.The 47,000-square-foot center provides instructional, community and professional entertainment and programs. Designed with a green room, scene shops, costume and property storage, orchestra pit, makeup/dressing room, lockers, showers, box office and snack bar, the Performing Arts Center is a one-of-a-kind performance destination for the Santa Clarita Valley.
