Store was having a great sale . It's a small boutique style store, so not too much os a selection. Sales girl was very helpful and picked out the perfect dress for me. Value was great and would have purchased more but didn't have my size.

The store manager needs to know how to run her store better, by not allowing her employees act like they are customers in the store while WORKING! The girl that was working morning shift today was with her boyfriend the whole time and he was two inches away from her every time she walked somewhere. They both need to respect that fact that it's a job and you get paid for working not hanging out, I didn't even get greeted. Not coming back! Unprofessional!!

It's ok. Some of their stuff is a bit of a hit or miss. K bought a dress there for $4 and it's one of my favorites. That said, I also bought a pair of earrings that broke after trying them on

My daughter and I have been going to Francesca's for over a decade. It is one of the best stores on The Patios at the Valencia Town Center. Why? For one thing, it is a true boutique but with reasonable prices. They have a diverse collection of jewelry, handbags, dresses, tops, sweaters, little amusing accessories and trinkets like decorative notepads and boxes, etc. I took my granddaughter there this weekend and to my surprise found that Francesca's has added a beautiful line of clothes for girls ages 10-14, called Franki. Abby made a beeline to the rack (she already has some Franki pieces in her wardrobe) as she is a budding fashionista. After trying on half a dozen dresses, skirts and tops, we made our selections and found they were 30% off the original affordable prices. Yay! Best of all, the charming lady who took care of us, Lisa, was exceptionally helpful and kind. It was truly a pleasure to have her there picking out things we might have missed. She accurately judged Abby's size and everyone was smiling at the end. And, Francesca's has rebounded nicely from the covid nightmare of the last year. Walking in there again restored our spirits.

I called to inquire about an online order for pick up. This review isn't about the service at the store pick up. The ladies were nice and quick about my order, thank you. My 3 star review is on the young woman who answered the phone when I wanted to see if it was in store. The young women had a pleasant cheerful voice and answered my question promptly. But the way she answered the phone saying "Konichiwa" (means hello in Japanese). I was startled if I dialed a sushi restaurant or a clothing store. If you are answering a phone line, please state the store business and it's location. There won't be any confusion in the future to your clients. The young woman also stated the caller ID name which I don't think is appropriate. 1. It is not whom is speaking. 2. Have the girls ask whom is speaking on the line. Never make assumptions. Make sure your girls know how to answer a phone professionally.

I enjoyed the handful of times I previously walked into this store but these last couple of times, highly disappointed. To begin with, their associate, Emma, was too busy to pay attention to anything I may have needed help with because she was too busy chatting and making out with her boyfriend while I was in the store. Real professional. I purchased some shirts that I unfortunately did not try on, I tried to return and was told I could only get store credit because their return policy was "different during holiday time." Because she was too busy with her boyfriend, i was NEVER informed of that. My visit prior to that, the same Emma wasn't helping any other customers because she was too busy styling what seemed to be her mom. Anyway, I made it a point to let her know that I was never told of their stupid change & she points to a sign that has microscopic writing as their "posted policy", way behind their registers. I will only return to spend the stupid store credit that I wish I didn't even have to spend there and it will be the LAST time I ever step foot in this stupid joke of a store. Maybe if the associates did their job instead of getting paid to swap tongue, this store wouldn't be such a joke.

Recently visited this store as I waited for my iPhone to be repaired. Figured I'd kill two birds with one stone since I have a couple of auditions lined up and needed to shop. I'm quite the meticulous shopper, so I was taking my time looking at every necklace and piece of jewelry. I had my eye on a couple of tops and bags. When suddenly I noticed I was being followed around the store. Mind you, I was never greeted but got to hear them greet every other customer so enthusiastically. Not once was I asked if I needed help, if I was looking for anything specific. Nothing! They were so incredibly rude. They just watched me the entire time (with odd expressions on their faces) and assisted other customers. I'd hate to pull the race card, but I am a black female and I can't think of any other reason these young ladies immediately went into "loss prevention" mode instead of doing their jobs and actually assisting the customer. I ended up only spending $30 on jewelry when I had intended to spend a couple hundred. I'm even considering returning my items because I shouldn't have given them my business at all. If you have a problem with people of color, then you shouldn't leave your house. My dollar is just as valuable and every customer should be doted on in the same exact manner. Very disappointed, and I will never be back. If the Palmdale Francesca's didn't exist, this experience would have made me stop shopping at the entire franchise. However, my local Francesca's has amazing customer service. Think I'll just stick with them. The name of the young lady who rang me up was Nedra. Not sure what the other young lady's name was, however I visited the store 5/3/19 3:34 pm Also, while I was there they were gossiping about another employee, which I found to be extremely unprofessional.

Stopped by last night to get some "appropriate" clothes for work lol. Jordan and another girl were so sweet they helped me choose out a bunch of things. Little did I know after not having come to the mall in probably a whole year, the mall closed at 6 on Sundays!! Sorry ladies did not mean to hold you up I totally forgot. But thanks for all the help :) I picked out a couple cute tops and then I chose one they picked out for me too. They have some pretty good sales and unique pieces. Thank you Jordan for being such a doll and helping me out!! i promise next time i won't come in at closing time haha

Worst Francesca's ever!! Came across sales person Jackie and Emily sales lead. They were very mean and rude! No customer skills, they refused to go above and beyond to help us out on clearance items when asked questions. These two employees are Incompetent and need serious coaching and knowledge. I will definitely not give them my business. I will drive the extra miles to a different Francesca's for better welcoming and customer service. Stoped by on Sunday 1/21/18 3:20pm
