I was shopping in store and was looking for a product, DSG Ball Control Soccer Shoe Bands, and was told by a staff member you didn’t have that product In store and only had a tape on style. I looked it up on line where I had seen it before and showed two different employees the item online. They proceeded to radio the same employee I had already asked and all he offered was the same product he had already offered and seemed annoyed that I was asking again. I was told that sometimes the inventory on line can differ from inventory in store and I understand that that does happen. My issue is no one besides me actually looked for this product and verified that it wasn’t in the store. I proceeded to order the item online, through the mobile app, and received an email within the hour that my order was ready for pick up. So after spending about half an hour in the store I left and then had to drive back to pick up the items that the store “didn’t have in stock“ when I was there before. It didn’t sit well that there was no “customer service” from these employees. This is why small business is usually better to shop from, more care and concern for their customers.

Wouldn't recommend for anything golf related unless you don't care about your equipment or customer service. Under delivered on the time it would take for a service. Never contacted me about the delay and never told me my items were ready to be picked up. I had to reach out 3 days after they promised an update. And a week after I had initially dropped off my items. Value is not there when you add up time lost. I wouldn't have minded so much if someone had just contacted me with some sort of update. No sense of wrongdoing by anyone in the department hence the none recommendation.

Alex was great helping us with football helmets. It would be nice to have a tape measure.The sensor wasn't removed from the helmet so we have to go back.

Went today to exchange 4 items of clothes I bought for my son couple of days ago. At the register I was told that the previous cashier didn't charge me for one item I had return. They took the item back and and didn't give me credit. When I request to talk to the manager they said manager is not available all day.

Would have ordered a batting tee on line but was told that i needed to go to store to purchase with a competitors (Big5) price adjustment and get my 10% off coupon but Rebecca denied me of my coupon. Rude customer service.

The biggest store I know that never has what I am looking for. I always leave empty handed. Even when checking online to see if item is in stock. Then I show up, nothing. Doesn't exist in store.

Poor service. Stood around 25 mins waiting for help in spending money. Not a great model for staying in business for a brick and mortar. Maybe hire some adults who are there to work? I don't know...just a thought.

I was in on a door dash order and the shoes associates Khalil and Kevin helped me tremendously
