Terrible service and even worse performance. As soon as I got there they pushed me hard to buy a much more expensive package. I said no several times and they eventually backed off. However, they charged me an extra $10 to simple WIPE DOWN THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR WIRH A DAMP RAG. I paid the extra charge but did the guy actually wipe down the interior? Less than half of the interior was wiped down--major and obvious areas that needed cleaning were missed. Did they vacuum? Just the footwells--they ignored all other areas. Did they wash the exterior well and remove any spots? No. Did they clean the windows? Not really. Did they wipe down the touch screen and dash and remove dust and debris? Nope. I drove away committed to never return to this establishment again. And in a valley with at least 6 other car washes, they can’t afford to keep alienating customers like they did with me. Good riddance.
In response to the owner's comments--the service advisor never looked in my car before suggesting the more expensive package. He had no idea whether the interior was dirty or not—and he was trying to sell me a $100 interior cleaning package. Moreover, my car was in the same condition when I took it to Valencia Car Wash a month ago and they had no problem getting it perfectly clean for $10 less than it cost me at your shop.

The car wash was good. However we drove off and the car excellerating and we did not know what was wrong. My husband looked at it. I looked at my Honda owners manual. Good not figure it out. We took it to the dealer and they wanted 186 to diagnose it. I knew it was as something from the car wash. Finally another Honda employee looked at it and noticed that the floor mat was on the gas pedal. This almost cost me hundreds of dollars. Please have the employees ck the floor mats when they put it back into the car.

First time coming to Canyon Car wash and the interior in my car was dusty and was not cleaned. I had to drive back to get my car cleaned again. Wouldn't recommend and wouldnt come back

Very Rude people at this car wash, Went inside to pay the cashier didnt even say hi nothing just told me to come over and pay and then she snatched my card from hand and swiped and then threw it on the counter. Then the guy who washed my car told me my car was ready so i went over and i was about to grab my keys he just snatched it from me and then asked for the receipt, you dont treat customers like that he could've politely asked for the receipt instead snatching my keys from me. Learn how to treat your customers and train your staff better but besides that they did an ok job with the wash couldve been better. I would suggest you go somewhere for a wash
